Very disappointed

Never ever trust them...
I ordered a very nice plant for my daughter's office opening from their website as I wasn't to take part myself and they sent something else in a very bad condition and almost dead!
I got so embarrassed in front of my daughter, my son in law and all their friends and employees
I took a photo of that to upload, but unfortunately I lost it.
If it wasn't for my daughter, I would never have known about.
I also called their customer service and they were trying to give me some discount that I didn't accept and after trying to give more discount with no success they finally accepted to return my money back.

UNACCEPTABLE

This is the second time I have used Teleflore and NEVER AGAIN! The first time they forgot the balloon, the second they did not deliver what I had ordered and would not good on it. When you order you want delivery to be correct whether its a milestone birthday or a new business. I don't want a 50% credit I want YOU to deliver what was ordered, PLAIN & SIMPLE. I will make sure that that I spread the word that you overcharge for flowers, delivery and then do what you want on that order. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I've used the Teleflora website several times. The website is easy to use. For the most part, I have been very satisfied with the flowers and plants ordered and delivered. Teleflora was even very accommodating when I had to cancel an order, because the recipient moved to a hospital out of state during a hurricane evacuation!

I am so utterly disappointed in this company. Despite paying extra, and getting a guarantee that my flowers would be delivered on a certain date, Teleflora did not deliver. And they never had the courtesy to tell me that they delivery was going to be late - I had to track them down, and they basically said, "oh well, we'll give you your money back". My money back won't change the fact that I was not able to send my son and his wife a floral arrangement on their actual anniversary. Stay away from these folks if critical delivery dates matter to you.

How embarrassing!

I ordered the florist special for my mother's 90th birthday! $50 bouquet plus their delivery/service fees. Not cheap. What she received was a joke! 2 carnations, 2 daisies and some filler.

Problem free ordering and delivery

I ordered flowers online for the first time from this company for a funeral service. I was concerned with the delivery time as I wanted to ensure that the flowers arrived on time to be set up prior to the family arriving. I contacted customer service using the chat feature. Customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. They even gave us their sentiments for our loss. They guaranteed the flowers would be there on time an
D assured me that funerals were their highest priority. The flowers were delivered on time and were more beautiful than the picture online. The note i provided was printed correctly. The family loved the casket spray and it was complimented by all guests. I will definitely use Teleflora again in the future.

I ordered the ‘Smile For Me-Deluxe' bouquet for my mom's birthday and spent more than $70 including service fees and the bouquet my mom received looked like a $10 bouquet from a grocery store. While I understand a florist may need to make substitutions based on availability of flowers, the flowers received looked nothing like what I ordered. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Teleflora again. Very disappointed in the service. Pictures of what was received vs what was ordered included below.

I placed an order on the 27th for delivery on the 28th. Was sent an email confirming hand delivery was made at 7:54 PM. I called my mom (the recipient) delivery was not made nor attempted. She was home all day no attempt was made. I called teleflora and was told sometimes they confirm delivery before it's made due to the local floral shops closing and that they check into it. I was out on hold and disconnected. I called back was placed on hold for over 30 minutes still no resolution. No delivery was ever made on the 28th. I emailed and was told the felt was attempted and they attempted to call the recipient with no answer, my mom never had a missed call. They did refill we the next day and the arrangement was nothing close to what I ordered. Very, very disappointed! Ordered an arrangement with Roses and hydrangeas (pink) for $60 got daisies and carnations white & purplish, not worth $60 :(

What a joke

Ordered flowers for mother in law's Birthday. I paid their swiping charge of $20.98 for same day delivery plus the price of the flowers. I notified my (retired) in laws and they were expecting the flowers at home all day. Flowers never arrived.
My in laws contacted me at 8 pm saying flowers never arrived. However, I received an email delivery confirmation from Teleflora saying it was delivered by hand to the recipient.
I called Teleflora to complain. They said the email was sent by "mistake". Then they "try" to shift the blame and put on the recipient saying that the florist tried to deliver the flowers but nobody was home. I told them it is not true. My in laws were home all day waiting for the flowers. Then, they promised me the flower was going to be deliver in the morning the next day.
The next day the flowers were not delivered. My in laws contacted Teleflora by 1:00pm saying nothing came. Then, I called Teleflora as well and they promised between 3-7pm the flowers would be delivered. I this point I did not have any confidence in this florist.
My in laws said the flowers arrived at 6:30pm and had two dead flowers. The delivery guy put the flowers by the door and left.
They sure know how to ruin a birthday moment for $20.98 fee. I asked Teleflora to give me credit and Teleflora says they are not authorized to give me credit. I asked to talk to the manager and they transferred me to his phone mail box. I left a message but they just don't care. I will dispute with my credit card. I have used Teleflora several times over the years to send high quality bouquets to special friends and family. I have always received high praise for my selections. It is my wife who deserves the praise, because she is the one who makes the selections. Teleflora has never let us down. The quality of the flowers and plants has always been high class. Keep up the great work.

So Disappointing!

I sent a gorgeous arrangement, balloon, and chocolates to a dear friend for her birthday. What she received was a much lesser bouquet with no balloon or chocolate at all! I let the company know and they refunded me half of the amount that I paid. Needless to say I will not be shopping for flower delivery through them again.

I specifically ordered the terrarium, for the TERRARIUM. I didn't want the same old basket of plants. That's what I got and the basket was not even full. Mostly moss. Very disappointed.

Delivery lady was great on phone that's why good service review. This was before I knew it was not what I ordered.

The order that I placed looked NOTHING like what was delivered. The color scheme was not even close!
I ordered the Teleflora's Happy Go Citrus Bouquet with a lot of orange, and the delivery had mostly yellow. I am very much disappointed in this delivery! Attached, please see the photos of what was ordered and what was delivered.

Missing Delivery!

I ordered flowers for a birthday on 14 July 2021 for delivery on 23 July, but they have yet to be delivered. I am very disappointed with Teleflora and as of 27 July I have yet to hear from the company as to the status of my order.

Flowers are NOT what was selected

Flower arrangement couldn't have looked more different than what was picked out. We paid for roses and they sent Gerber daisies and golden rod.

We ordered a large funeral wreath for $244 and they sent a pathetic 12 inch one, perhaps thinking we were not to be at this distant funeral. The funeral home said they have done this before and not to use them.
They only refunded half the cost but we can never explain to the grieving family that we were victims of a scam.
