They have a unique flower bundle that is customized for every occasion. I loved the fact that you can schedule when to deliver it and defer it to that date.
I ordered the "Perfect Chevy Pickup" but apparently they were out of stock, it was substituted with a Chevy Camaro. They did this without asking me if a substitution was acceptable and if it would fit the recipient —which it did not. To top it off, the presentation looked nothing like what was represented on the website. The large, cheap plastic pot sticking out of the back of the car looked pretty silly and cheap. I would never order from here again. The photo of the truck is what I ordered, photos of the car are what I received vs what is shown on the website.
Order arrangement that had a stuffed Bee and sunflowers, I understand that flowers may not be available and substitutes for them will be made, but the Bee was not even in the arrangement which was the reason I picked that one to begin with. There was no stuff item at all.
My adult children live out of state. For my birthday, anniversary and other special days they often send flowers with Teleflora. They last longer and stronger than flowers I can purchase at the market. Teleflora does an excellent service!
If you are reading this review, please save yourself from being frustrated and not getting what you paid for. Please go to another website. My mom and I purchased this to be delivered to her 95 year old aunt on her birthday. I think a picture can speak louder than words, so please reference the first picture of what the website showed was a PREMIUM birthday bouquet, named "Yellow Fellow". The second picture reflects what was delivered and its' definitely NOT what is reflected in the example. The florist seems to have been satisfied with the fact that some yellow flowers were included in the most minimal way possible. They should be ashamed! Simply not what I paid for!

I like the look of all of the flowers. I thought they are really nice. I ordered some for a friend who recently lost a family member. Hoping they get there soon.
I ordered Fowers last week, but the order was cancelled, did not receive a notification, so try it again and hope this time my order will be fullfilled
I have to say I am disappointed. I am shocked that my orders could not be filled. I placed two orders for sympathy flowers. I'm not sure how many florists there are in New London/Waterford area but I know there must be a few. If the order just couldn't be filled on the requested day… I would've hoped to be contacted and discuss a different delivery. If the flowers that I chose weren't available I would've hoped to be contacted to discuss a different arrangement, Instead of my order being cancelled. I absolutely understand some circumstances being out of human control but I honestly thought I had flowers on the way to family members and now today I will need to make the trip myself to assure flowers are delivered. I'm shocked that almost $200 in flower sales were simply canceled.
I have a friend who has been in a nursing home for 21 years. On occasion I love to send her a surprise bouquet to cheer her up and brighten her day. Teleflora has never failed to do a beautiful job with her bouquets.
The plant I ordered was supposed to be approximately 14" wide and 12" tall in a round ceramic pot on a wooden stand. What was delivered was a square ceramic pot with no stand and the plant was no more than 6" wide at its fullest width. I could have purchased it at Home Depot for about $10-$15, instead of the $65 I was charged. I refused the plant and will request a refund through Teleflora.
I have ordered from here before and haven't been disappointed. Flowers are just beautiful. Mom loves them!

The website was very easy to navigate and easy to order. Hopefully the two recipients get their orders on the day we ordered them for. I have never order so far in advance.
I ordered flowers for my anniversary. My order was cancelled. I wasn't informed that it was cancelled or even provided a reason why and now I have to deal with my fiancé undoubtedly crying about how I forgot and this is all my fault, etc when she gets home. I didn't receive a phone call or email. It is close to 6pm here and she will be coming home from work soon so I checked my order status and it says cancelled. When I waited for 15 min to talk to someone, they said it was cancelled to protect me. The order looked "questionable". They never attempted to contact me regarding the order. Then she told me a refund would be issued in 2-10 business days.
Since her Mom passed, I ordered her favorite flower, Hydrangeas, and she got a plant which had no flowers.

I have ordedered flowers from them twice and the first time they came a week late the second time they arrived a week early. I don't understand the point of picking a delivery date if they don't deliver on that date and upon calling customer service I was basically told "it is what it is"
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
