This will be my last order with Teleflora. I've had too many issues with trying to ensure the order I pay for is what the recipient is getting! Service fees too high, their florist always creates substitutes, late deliveries!
I've always used Teleflora in the past without problems. My mother moved so my order to her is from a different florists shop from past orders. Very disappointing! It's comical! And a waste of money.
I ordered flowers for a very dear friend's funeral. I ordered the first photo and spent $111.00! The second photo is what showed up to the funeral home. I was beyond disgusted and embarrassed that I took my card off of it (which was written wrong). I had to get hydrangeas from my own yard to supplement the bouquet. Never ever again will I order from them. I complained and they offered to give me $44 dollars back. Totally unacceptable I should have been reimbursed for the whole amount!
It was easy to order what I wanted was able to look at pictures and see the different arrangements making easy to pick
I've used Telefora previously without and issues. I received nice arrangements from them myself which I what made me start using them. Finding a good florist is hard.
However, I ordered 2 premium bouquets within weeks of each other. One for my dear friends birthday and another Just Because for my parents to let them know I love and miss them as I've been working so much, especially with what seems like a resurgence of COVID in my fiekd of work.
Both bouquets were an extreme disappointment to me when I received text messages thanking me for the arrangements but then seeing that they are not anywhere near the quality or style I selected. More so the florist looks as if they just grabbed a bouquet of flowers from Walmart, Safeway, Bel-air etc and stuck them in a random vase.
I ordered a pretty pale yellow vase with a big pink ribbon, filled with cheerful flowers, and lots of them. It came in a clear vase with more greenery than colorful flowers. Totally disappointed.

I ordered a flower cake for my niece's birthday from this company. Before placing the order, I entered the zip code for delivery to see what was available in her area. They showed me an assortment, I picked one and placed my order. 1230 on her birthday they emailed me to cancel the order with no alternative suggestions! Really?
I ordered a 74.99 flower arrangement to comfort my manager after some stressful business discussions. While I understand substitutions are likely, the described item contained several roses among the other flowers. As far as I can tell from the photo posted by the recipient, there were no roses and the appear to have been replaced with cheaper carnations. I don't feel like I got my money's worth.
I know that I am going to get great service! I have ordered from Teleflora for a long time for special occasions and I have not had any problems ordering from them at all.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who lost her husband recently. She sent me a picture of the bouquet which she was thrilled about and looked great. I was very pleased with how quickly it was delivered and the follow-up email once it was delivered. I will definitely use this service again!
I sent flowers to friends several times this month; one through Teleflora and another through another company. Both times I chose the deal of the day. Teleflora's bouquet was very beautiful so that's why I chose to go through them again
I needed to make a small change to my order and tried to use the hat feature. It took 48 min and then "timed out" while I was texting with Christien. And I still didn't have an answer! The confirmation email didn't provide an order number either which would probably made the process easier. We'll see if the flowers even get delivered!.
I ordered several arrangements for my mother's funeral 5 days ahead of time. I received an email stating 2 of my orders were cancelled the day before services. This made me worried about the other orders so I called the "local" florist I chose at checkout and they only received one of my orders which they were unable to make and said teleflora gave them no way to contact me. I called teleflora and all they would tell me was the other orders were scheduled for delivery but refused to tell me which florist had them. I was left hoping they would show.
I'm absolutely appalled that they would cancel funeral flowers the day before the scheduled delivery! Absolutely unacceptable! ALWAYS USE YOUR LOCAL FLORIST DIRECTLY.
The promotions are excellent, the selections are varied and I always find something that I like and also is within my budget. The cards are helpful and to be able to add balloons and chocolates is a great idea.
Beautiful flowers and a great selection! Many options to choose from and I really like how you can customize your selection!
Do NOT order from Teleflora! I ordered three days ahead of when I needed them and the "progress" diagram showed they were with a florist. The day they were to be delivered, they texted me and said they couldn't be delivered. These were a VERY important present for someone out of town and there was nothing I could do for her birthday except look stupid and apologize. If they had even told me yesterday, I might could have still gotten something to her. They sent me a discount code for my next order for my troubles. Are you kidding? I would NEVER order from them again!
Teleflora made giving fabulous floral arrangements an easy and affordable process. They confirmed the order immediately, and my friends will receive their flowers tomorrow.
The delivery didn't look anything like the picture I ordered. It was for a boy and it was so generic. Spent $100 on a crappy arrangement. So upset!
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
