I was excited to order flowers for two siblings. I ordered online from Telaflora.com. The order was accepted. 6 hours later I was surprised to get an email that the order could not be filled by the vast network of florists. I proceeded to find the phone number of the closest Teleflora florist and called them and asked if they delivered to the address in question. I was told sure. They had not been asked by Teleflora to deliver the flowers I requested. After discussing this with them, I asked if they could provide me with a similar arrangement and the could. I placed the order directly with them. I will never again use Teleflora online as it is evident no effort will be made to fulfill the order. The service I received at the local florist was exemplary--- unlike the service I received from teleflora. Com
I am still waiting to find out if the other order is filled. But at this point I hope it is not! And they just refund my money.
The flowers when delivers where beautiful and I loved how it was arranged, only downside is it was not delivered in the same vase, as the order also my order had roses the florist did a beautiful arrangement would be nice to have included more roses just as the image online
FTd flowers was my first choice but i could get a same day delivery then i found ur add via FB offering sameday delivery then i thought i'd give you the chance and i don't regret it at all Thank very much

So I purchased what I thought was a beautiful shefflera plant is a stained glass pot. It was a gift for my daughter in law embarking on opening her new practice. She wanted to fill the waiting room with plants and I thought this was lovely and unique... What she got was a palm plant in a tin pot, which was probably purchased at the Dollar Tree. I was embarrassed when I saw the photos that my son sent me. I contacted the company and we will see if & how this gets rectified. In the meantime, I was embarrassed and I look like a tasteless, cheapskate, and my poor daughter in law has to pretend how nice it is... I got neither the plant or the pot I ordered, and if the vendor can supply what you ordered, you should be contacted to decide what the next move will be... Teleflora needs to vet their Vendors much more carefully!.
I ordered a large, elaborate, beautiful orchid & a box of chocolates to be delivered to my sister in DC for her birthday. I paid an extra fee for it to be delivered before 1 pm. The first picture is what I ordered. The second picture is the approximate size dimensions and the third picture is what was actually delivered …. At 4:50 pm. Although it is a very pretty orchid, when looking at similar pictures to what was delivered- their prices are significantly less value than what I ordered. No adjustment has been made to my bill yet, even though when I called at 3:00 pm I was told they would refund the extra fee I paid to have it delivered before 1:00pm. No mention of their need to substitute an alternative plant - that was a lesser value.
Teleflora is the best for your flowers. They are the best and very reliable. I suggest everyone to use teleflora
My daughter is in the hospital, her favorite color is purple so I ordered a purple arrangement for same day delivery, Teleflora didn't bother to let me no they delivered them but not to her room they dumped them I think at the service desk where they sat the whole night. My daughter's nurse found them I don't know where. The arrangement in the picture is all purple but the one they delivered they replaced the purple vase with a pink vase and replaced the purple roses with pink roses, the only thing purple were these tiny flowers, my daughter dose not like pink and were not at all arranged like in the picture.
These look broken, wilted, and do not look like the image online. Compare the images to what I ordered vs what I received. I would not reccomend and will not be ordering thru Teleflora again. I could have put a better arrangement together with walmart flowers.
Paid $95 for a bouquet that looks nothing like advertised. Will never use again, definitely not worth the price I paid
Still don't know if our order has been delivered (it should have by now), but of all the online orders I make from lots of different companies…. Teleflora is the hardest to deal with, and by the time you check out, your final charge has somehow mysteriously doubled.
But that's just the way it is, I like the selection, and the flowers have [generally] been attractive and as described.
The process was swift and easy, so long as you input the right details requested, tested and trusted
I placed my order on Thursday, they were to delivery Monday. They emailed me Monday to onform they had to cancel my order.
Leaving me scrambling to find another floral shop and having to pay same day delivery prices. Thanks.
Their Delivery times are best out of all services I've tried, and i can say cheap enough for quality of deliverables
I sent a flower arrangement to our friends for their 50th anniversary. She took a picture of it and sent a thank you. IT was not like pictured. The picture showed lots of roses and she said there were only 3
I've used Teleflora in Serbia and received it Serbia from other European countries. NO REASON TO DOUBT IT WILL BE THE BEST USING IT FOR SENDING FLOWERS FROM SERBIA TO THE US. The best company to get the best flowers to the best people anywhere in the World!
I ordered and paid a hefty fee for same-day guarantee delivery of flowers. The floral shop failed to deliver and didn't even give me the courtesy of notifying me. To make matters worse the flowers were sympathy flowers for a friend whose mother passed. It's unprofessional how they conduct business. My friend sent me a pic of the flowers. You can tell they threw the arrangement together last minute. It looked cheap and not "sympathy" appropriate in style or flower selection. They threw the flowers in a cheap purple mason jar and looked nothing like they were supposed to look. I attached a photo of what they should have looked like and a photo of what was actually sent. I am highly disappointed.
Customer service was great and offered me a partial refund and extended a sincere apology. The only silver lining in this. I've ordered from Teleflora before and had a good experience. Hopefully this was just an isolated bad experience and work to improve. No one should have to go through what I did.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
