Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday but were delivered on Saturday and not the orchid plant I ordered.
I got just what I wanted at a very reasonable price. The only drawback I would have to say would be that I couldn't get same day delivery.
The website is easy to use, and offers various flowers / plants and different forms of payment. I haven't seen the product, since I was sending it to someone else. But I'm sure I will find out soon. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is the service fee, which I think it quite steep.

I spent 30 minutes trying to find a bouquet to send for a birthday gift today. This morning received an email stating that "No florist in the state of MA delivers flowers on the weekend!
Don't use Teleflora... I think it was because I didn't pay the $18 fee to have them delivered before 1 pm.

Just had flowers delivered to my sister in the hospital. The flowers arrived almost all the way open. The petals will be falling off tomorrow. Not pleased.

I received an email for 25% off of site wide arrangements today, June 24 at 9:24 AM. I attempted to place an order to a friend who is in hospice to brighten their day. I am a senior citizen and I place was placing the order on line when the system would not allow me to get the size bouquet I wanted. It locked in at a higher price. After attempting several times I finally got the size I needed to process. I decided to call in just to make sure all the information would be correctly updated and to place a second order for someone else as well. The first person I spoke to hung up when I told her my problem. I called back and got Gwen who gave me alternate amounts for the same bouquet online even though she took in account supposedly the 25% discount. She kept saying the promotion code did not work. She did not override the promotion code so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor GAIL told me the total price would be $66 and change she recalculated after I gave her the promotion code and told me it would be $68 and some change. I refused the amount and asked why it was more she said because the promotion code expired. I ask how could it have expired when I just received it this morning and that was their issue not mine. She told me I had to pay for the order and then they would reimburse me in 7 to 10 days. This is price gouging of the worst kind and trying to take advantage of senior citizens. I order from Teleflora on a regular basis and the worst part is I received another discount coupon for 20% off less than five hours after the one I received this morning. I I don't expect that all transactions will be perfect, but I thought I was doing business with a reputable company I could trust.
The review process is too cumbersome. You require me to accept the inconvenience of providing pictures, and proof of purchase to make for a complete review. Ordering and paying for the flowers was trouble free and I assume that they will arrive on time. Your request was adding effort to the transaction.
I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered. I got an email stating they were delivered in actuality the weren't delivered until the next day.
Ordered a plant and vase for wife to be delivered on her birthday. When it did not arrive by 5PM called customer service and rep asked me to hold while she contacted the local florist in my area. After a short time on hold, she told me that she had spoken to the florist and that my order was out for delivery and would be delivered by 7 PM. When it did not arrive at 7, I called back and was told by a different service rep that it could not be delivered today and would I like to pick another day. I requested a refund and was told it was processed and would take 2-10 days for my bank to process.
Total incompetence with several days notice to arrange delivery of a single plant with a birthday card and 1st customer service rep lying about order being "on the way'.
I selected Teleflora because they not only offered a 10% discount for next day delivery, they also gave me 20% discount on a future order.
I ordered a Money Tree plant, in a distinctive container. The plant was delivered in a more generic container, but was appreciated by the recipient. The first picture is what was received, the second was what was ordered.
The site is very easy to navigate and the selection is bountiful. Easy to order and prompt delivery!
Unfortunately the flowers and the elephant holder that arrived looked very different (e.g., flower colors and elephant holder and its colors) from the website picture. It was a bit disappointing for the $79 purchase and delivery price of the gift. If I had seen the delivered version (picture below) on the website, I would not have ordered it.
I have never used the company yet I am receiving emails daily from them! I have asked to be removed from the mailing list without success! I have emailed their customer service constantly and asked to be please be removed and they continue to harass me with daily emails! I will give negative reviews everywhere I can until they quit harassing me!
I have never had such a horrible experience with this company. This is the second time my flowers were not delivered when they were supposed to. They are for my uncle's funeral and we're not delivered today. The florist lied and stated that nobody was there to accept the flowers. The thing is I am friends with the owner of the funeral home and she was there from 1 until 5 today. I am demanding a refund. This is absolutely the most horrible flower delivery service I have ever dealt with. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. If anyone's looking for flowers I would check out farmgirl flowers because they never disappoint and their flowers are always beautiful. It's a shame that such a big company does not hold florist accountable!
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
