Using this website was easy and so convenient. My friends relative passed and I wanted to send my friend flowers same day via delivery. Same day service was offered and provided! My friend received her flowers within a few hours so that was awesome. She sent me a picture of flowers to thank me, but the vase wasn't the vase I picked out on website. Although I was looking forward to that vase, the flowers were LOVELY! Put a smile on my friends face.
Had a very sad family event and paid extra to have flowers delivered to my sister same day. They never came. Was told they would be delivered the very next day... still no flowers. Promised that without fail they would be delivered the third day. Nothing! Called Telefloral, no apology, no explanation. They just said they would be delivered as soon as possible. I said that is not acceptable. They only wanted to give me a partial refund. I had to demand a refund several times before they agreed. Still waiting for that. Will never use Telefloral again and can not warn others strongly enough not to waste your time and money, especially when its for something really important to you!
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and even agreed to a three day window for delivery. The flowers were not delivered during the agreed window, though they claimed they were. When I contacted customer service, they apologized and said they would re-deliver ASAP. A day went by, still no flowers. So I contacted them again and they had yet to even speak with the flower shop about the non-delivery! Once again, they said they would deliver "ASAP" and gave me a partial refund. It took two more days for the flowers to be delivered, a week after their original delivery date. The arrangement did not at all look like what I'd ordered - different flowers and significantly smaller. I will probably take my business elsewhere next time as this was a huge disappointment to myself and my recipient.
I ordered flowers and they NEVER arrived. I called and they told me that they were on the way and they still had 45 minutes in the arrival window. That time came and went and so did the next day. When I called again to find out why they had not been delivered, (1) they were not aware they had not been delivered (no tracking in there systems apparently, and (2) they had no explanation. I requested that the order be canceled with a full refund, I was told that I would have to wait for the cancelation to be processed with the floral shop. I have no faith that it will be canceled which leaves me having to call yet a 3rd time to confirm. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered two arrangements to two different people in the same house on Mother's Day. One was acceptable, though the roses shouldn't have been that open on delivery because the arrangement won't last, the second did not have a card and was an entirely different arrangement than what I ordered - not even close! They would not deliver the proper order, did not give me a refund on the second arrangement, only a small discount, and all future emails bounced back. Just order directly from a flower shop so at least you know who is accountable.
I've actually ordered dozens of arrangements over the years through Teleflora — and always opt for the fullest, largest premium option — with no issue. But the recent Mother's Day arrangement I had delivered was embarrassingly disappointing. I paid for the premium arrangement (more than $70) but what showed up looked like something I could've picked up from a grocery store. Actually, the grocery store bouquet probably would've been nicer. I understand there are supply issues and substitutes might've been necessary but the substitutions and just overall lack of flowers in the arrangement nowhere near justified the premium price.
However the worst part of the entire experience has been dealing with customer service. Rude and insulting. After I sent them a picture of what was delivered they asked me to describe what was actually wrong with it. I responded to ask if they'd looked at the picture. It seemed pretty clear to me. They then argued with me and insisted my order had been "filled to value." You can't be serious?!
What followed were several back and forth emails filled with patronizing apologies and minuscule, incremental refunds without any effort to try to make it right or even acknowledge that what was delivered was not adequate. I don't normally write reviews and, frankly, have always been pleased with Teleflora but after this experience won't ever use them again. And I still haven't been fully refunded.
Teleflora really blew it for me this mother's day.
I placed an order on may 4 for delivery on may 9, I paid extra for guaranteed delivery on mother's day rather than a day or two earlier.
Teleflora did not complete the delivery.
Customer service advised me that they could not find a delivery service to make the delivery.
To add insult to injury they advised me that the earliest that they could make a delivery would be may 13.
The delivery was going to an address in Queens NY, not exactly podunk middle of nowhere.

My only sibling just passed away, and our mama is devastated. I decided to send her $140 worth of flowers a while back, I planned for this. I knew that she would be devastated today, and that she wouldn't wanna stay home all day on Mother's Day thinking about my brother and waiting, so I paid the extra $15 charge to ensure that it was delivered in the morning. My mom knew she was going to receive some sort of delivery before one, so she made plans to go out with friends after. At 2:30 my mom called me crying, they still weren't there. She'd missed her lunch, and sat home all day waiting. I Called teleflora & they said they can't ensure that anything is delivered before 7pm. WHY WAS THERE AN OPTION TO PAY $15 TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED BY 1? Totally ruined a grieving mom's Mother's Day. I'm beyond disgusted, there's absolutely no way anyone should use this unreliable company. There's a good reason their ratings are so low!
I paid a lot of money for a cascading flower arrangement and the flowers didn't come close to the pictures. Telaflora should make sure the florist carries what the website offers.
After 4 calls and guarantees of delivery to come, nothing! Not only that but someone in the neighborhood about 6 houses down with a house number not even slightly similar to mine delivered the flowers to us 2 days later. Said the flowers were just put at the end of their driveway? Not on the porch, not a doorbell ring or anything?!? Bazaar! Meanwhile, I keep talking to Teleflora for 2 days and they assured me my order was delayed but still coming. Clueless! Oh, and recipient name was the same as the me. Smh. Never again.

Don't know if the flowers will be delivered on time, so can't comment on that. The order placed on line was fine and easy, but not cheap!

Wow, I see why this company gets lousy reviews! I would give it zero if I could. I went to their website to order some flowers and I wanted a beautiful vase so the recipient could enjoy it long after the flowers were dead. I chose the bouquet and when I went to put in the address, it said sorry we can't ship this arrangement to the address. I chose a different arrangement (again with a (different) beautiful vase) and I received the same message. After choosing 5 different arrangements, only to have them reject them 5 times, I decided I needed to call them.
I explained to the off shore rep what had happened and asked if she would please put in the zip code on her end, to let me know which flowers I could send. She kept saying, I will place the order for you, but not really listening (or maybe understanding?) what I was asking for. I insisted I wanted a beautiful vase with a nice assortment (was willing to pay more) and asked to receive a phone call if there were to be any changes with that.
I got a call the next day and they said they couldn't accommodate the order. I explained again to the new off shore rep what I was trying to accomplish but I really don't know if they "got it." I had to start all over with them again and asked for them to put notes in for the local florist. After the order was revised, and paying a service fee of over $20 which I thought was high, I was glad to be done.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered today. I received an email saying they cancelled the order! Are you joking?!?!?! Now, I will be late and have to scramble. This was a terrible experience and I will never order from them again! You have lots of choices for floral companies, so stay away from this one!
Quickly found a nice selection of plant baskets and the size I wanted. Wonderful selection. Easy to use website.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
