I was disappointed in the Teleflora Regally Yours Orchid. The plant and flower arrangement was over $120 so it wasn't the cheapest arrangement offered. The plant/flower arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the photo. The plant was supposed to have thin, tall, vertical leaves with orchids coming up from the center. What arrived had wide, limp leaves hanging over the base of the vase. The vase was supposed to be a Noble Heritage Urn but it was something cast to look like wicker. In addition, when I contacted customer service to express my disappointment, their response was "They are sorry I was disappointed." I will not order from them again.
I am very unhappy about my first order. My Order#*******. Received completely different plant and was broken into two pieces. Unpleasant experience.
I've been choosing teleflora for over 3 years having found them as a partner with Amtrak rewards. Consistently my family has been thrilled with the flowers, the arrangements and I appreciate reliable delivery.
Spent 40 minutes trying to orders flowers from 2 other companies who made it so hard to just order. I quit trying and switched to teleflora who had better prices and the site was easy, straight forward and I was done in no time.
I refuse to use your company again. If you redeem your rewards points for a coupon code you should not have to call to place that order to use the code. You should be able to use that code online without it saying code is invalid. I have spent almost an hour trying to place an order. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention I spent more time correcting an address that they got wrong when I had called.
Found website online its my first time shopping here hope they get on time and what I order and then I will be 100% satisfied with this company
The item I received looks nothing like what I paid for, it was a waste of $85 not to mention I paid a extra $15 to get it delivered before 1pm and it was delivered past that. I want a refund.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a vase. It was supposed to have white roses, white aesthetic lilies and white Istroemeria. Blue vase. The bouquet that was sent to my daughter for her birthday had daisies and carnations. NOT EVEN CLOSE.
I contacted them and they are giving me a 30% discount. BIG DEAL.

Didn't deliver to my person. Left with a stranger. Florist claims it's done then. It's not. Also, they charge $15 for early delivery before 1pm. Doesn't happen. One other time they sent wrong flowers. Florist at least called then to fix. However, recently, florist didn't call and left flowers with a stranger! Someone who claimed to call my person and of course never did. Last 3 experiences with Teleflora has been horrible! A waste of money, frustration, and embarrassment. Don't ever use this company.

I ordered my best friend an arrangement to be delivered Easter Sunday. The next day I called, they told me the florist wasn't open Sunday but they would deliver Monday. I called and got lies from TELEFLORA for 12 hours Monday April 5,2021. Every time I talked to TELEFLORA I got lie after lie! This company is a scam and a bunch of liars! I will be reporting them to BBB! I'M WARNING EVERYONE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! The worst, horrible they just steal your money!
Awful delivery times. If you order and pay for same day will take 4-5 days. Terrible experience twice
I ordered flowers for three people at the last minute, and they were delivered as promised in the time frame promised. The flowers were beautiful, exactly what I ordered, and had a wonderful bouquet. All good.
Thought I would try using Teleflora by seeing the lovely pictures online.
What you see online vs what gets delivered is my concern. Such a bad arrangement and a disappointment when spending $70 on flowers to congratulate a family member.
So many choices and a large variety per choice. I was looking to surprise my wife and ordering the day of our Anniversary was my goal. Teleflora exceeded my goal. I will be using Teleflora for all my flower deliveries.
The flowers sent looked nothing like the picture and were very paltry. Recipient said flowers were delivered broken off and card was sopping wet on arrival.
I ordered a floral arrangement a week ago for a friend who is turning 70 & resides in NC. I ordered the arrangement from Teleflora and I noticed that Teleflora took the money from my account immediately. Usually the money is taken out upon delivery, I really didn't think much of this, I should have. Today at 3:30pm(EST) I received an email from Teleflora stating that where my friend lives they do not deliver to that location! I lost my temper and stated why am I being told this now and why did you accept payment from me knowing that you don't deliver to this location? I was told by the representative that they would contact a local florist and they will do an arrangement for me but no guarantees it would be delivered today! Today is her celebration not tomorrow I told the representative & also how do I know what the arrangement is going to look like or be equal to what I paid for! I received no response from the representative to these questions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Run!, do not use this terrible company. Ordered flowers a couple weeks ago to be delivered yesterday mar 25 2021. No flowers delivered, no call nothing. Called today and no help except to say they will deliver next week! Totally unacceptable! Please do not make the mistake of using this company. I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card company
I ordered flowers from Teleflora because I had a Groupon, and I just wanted to brighten someone's day. I love the option of being able to ship same day or next day, and there are so many beautiful options to choose from. The Groupon allowed me to choose an option that literally cost me nothing more than the cost of the Groupon, aside from the delivery service fee. I will definitely use Teleflora again, and hopefully will be able to purchase Groupons from this company as well.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
