I ordered from them for my sisters wake. I ordered a large spray over $300. They were not delivered to the funeral home. It took me five phone calls to get through to an actual person. They said the florist was unable to fill my order. Nobody called to inform me of this. They said they'd make it and deliver it the follow day. The wake was not the following day. I was extremely upset. Never will I order from them again, and you shouldn't either!
I placed an order on 2/13/2023 for the delivery of flowers for Valentine on 2/14. Nothing has been delivered and when I contacted them without even saying sorry, they said we will re-deliver the next day. I don't know how this company do business.- zero review
I ordered flowers for a 103 Birthday and was told that the flowers were out for delivery. Flowers will not arrive till after 7pm. I was told that the flower shop are very busy and that my comments would be reflected on their report.
Do not order from this company ever.
This is a fraudulent company just like all the reviews say. They have zero control over the delivery (if it is ever delivered). Their "customer service" just lies to you and tries to get you off the line. You have no way of knowing if your order will be delivered on time or on the correct day. Like someone else said, much better to use a local florist directly.
I have been getting the Thomas Kincaid buildings since they started for my anniversary as I was married at Christmas. This years sweet shop is the poorest workmanship of all the buildings so far. The detail is horrible compared to the earlier buildings. If this years looks as poor I will not purchase it. The sweet shop do even look like it belongs in the same collection.

Horrible customer service states flowers ordered on a Thursday for delivery on Friday were delivered. I was at the address when they state delivery was successful and nothing was delivered. I called Friday at 7 and was told I would receive a return call the next day never happened. I called they would not give me the name of the florist and the florist was not answering the phone. I was told I was not able to speak to a supervisor. Do not order the keep your money and do not delivery the flowers.
Oh my. I am in San Diego and was trying to have flowers sent for my sister's 50th birthday. She is in Tennesse. They did not arrive on Jan 2 as I ordered. After contacting Teleflora, and them contacting my sister to see if the flowers had arrived, they were finally delivered on Jan 7. See photo. This is what you get for $143. It looks like it could have come from a grocery store. I am so embarrassed.
I am asking for a partial refund from Teleflora. I will pay for the delivery fee and of course, whatever taxes are due. But are these flowers worth $110?

It has been over a week and recipient still has not received her flowers in the Atlanta, GA area! This is very embarrassing for me!
It was very difficult to place an order with the phone representative due to a language barrier. The bouquet I ordered was significantly different from what I received, but at least my loved ones were happy with it.
I ordered flowers to be delivered as a thank you gift. I was very disappointed in what my friends sent me a picture of. The one I ordered had 6 flowers and several pinecones in the picture. The one that was received had one red flower in it. I asked for new flowers to be sent but instead they gave me a $20. Credit. Does a lot of good to my friends. Never again unless they resend flowers to the recipient. Bad service. Kathy Clay
We signed up for a free trial with Telaflora but decided to stick with FSN at the end of it. We informed them of our decision and they sent us confirmation that our account had been deactivated. Fast forward a couple of months and we are receiving bills from Telaflora. I reach out to confirm we do not owe this money and I am immediately sent to a debt collector and Teleflora will to speak with me directly. Debt collector has harassed me, my husband, MY PARENTS (concerning he was able to access their cell phone numbers). He is continuing to threaten to sue us for not paying even though we have provided evidence of our account being cancelled. We WERE a small business and they stated we owed them $2,000. While that may not seem like a lot to some people, it was a lot to us. Overall, Telaflora essentially ruined our business and I am warning you know not to trust anything they say or advertise.
I ordered flowers for my friend on the first anniversary of her husband's death. $60+. Teleflora states it was hand delivered. She did not receive anything and has no reason to lie about it.
I am extremely disappointed because I paid the early delivery fee and the flowers were not delivered on time and there was no communication from them. After I emailed them (not possible to call), they said that they would reimburse the early delivery fee, but they insisted on the requested day delivery until 7 pm. It was too late for me, therefore, I paid for the early delivery. In addition, I have an impression that their Customer Service responses to emails are robotic. And there is no phone number to call to talk to a real person. I will never use this service again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
I ordered a small heart bouquet for a funeral. I received a confirmation. I deleted the email from them because I was comforted that they had sent it. I found out from the family it was never delivered. There is no making up for this!
I ordered a floral arrangement and large box of chocolates to be delivered on Friday.
The order didn't make that date Teleflora failed to make their commitments- they send me a message at the end of the day; and state they will deliver on Monday.
On Monday, after 2 pm I contact tracking to inquire on my order: and they say it is on the way, it is being shipped.
I call the customer service folks and they say it is not coming today they will get it delivered NEXT Friday. This person I am speaking too is not used to the English language and then transfers me to another representative. The new representative states that they will deliver the order tomorrow (Tuesday). I state I want a guarantee that the order will be delivered tomorrow or I want a refund. I go on hold for 10 minutes. The Representative comes back online to tell me they have no can deliver to that address.
This company needs to be revamped! Their actions leave it where you will never use them again. And anyone asks you what do you think about Teleflora the instance response will be get someone else these folks are not reliable or professional. Had they told me last Friday- I would have been able to make new arrangements, not until I pushed them did I receive the truth, they couldn't deliver. Bad Business!
DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TELEFLORA! I PLACED 2 ORDERS FOR FUNERAL FLOWERS - ONE WAS A CASKET SPRAY AND THE OTHER A STANDING SPRAY. THEY NEGLECTED TO SEND THE CASKET SPRAY AND DID NOT TELL ME AT ALL! I WENT TO THE FUNERAL EARLY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND I NOTICED THE CASKET SPRAY WAS NOT THERE! I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME "OH" THE 3RD PARTY VENDOR COULDN'T DO THE FLOWERS. I REPEATDLY ASKED WHY NO ONE NOTIFIED ME OF THIS AND WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW WITH THE SERVICE ABOUT TO START AND NO CASKET SPRAY? THEY LEGIT TOLD ME WELL UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE NO FLORIST IN YOUR AREA WHO CAN GET A SPRAY TO YOU! THEY REPRESENTATIVES WERE COLD, NASTY AND LACKED ANY SIGN OF COMPASSION! I DEMANDED TO KNOW WHO THE 3RD PARTY VENDOR IS SO I CAN CALL THEM. I WAS TOLD WE PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF THE VENDORS AND CANNOT SHARE THAT INFORMATION. CITYLINE FLORIST IN BROOKLYN NY SAVED THE DAY AND SHOWED MY FAMILY THE COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING WE DESERVED DURING OUR GRIEF. TELEFLORA IS TRASH!
On Oct 12, I placed an order for a birthday bouquet to be delivered today (Oct 24) to a friend who lives in Hilo, HI. Because of another seller issue, I was checking my credit card statement and noticed a refund from Teleflora for the order amount on Oct 16. I checked my emails (spam too) to see if I received a cancellation email. I never did. Because I was never notified, I was not given the opportunity to look for an alternate method of providing my friend flowers on what could be his last birthday. I am very upset and disappointed with Teleflora. I was offered a 30% discount coupon. However, I declined it because I will never do business with Teleflora again since they did not care enough to notify me that my order was cancelled so that I could find another alternative. Since the system automatically cancelled my order, that should have triggered an automatic cancellation email.
I attempted to attach proof of purchase to this review but it will not accept emails. I took a picture of the email but the system needs the picture to be smaller but I don't now how to make photos smaller than when I take them.
On, October the 8th 2022, I placed an order for a birthday arrangement for my sister birthday that was on October 9th, and it was supposed to be deliver on October 10 before 12:00pm for an extra charge of $15.00. However, she did not receive her gift as was promised in which I found out today when I received an email from this unreliable company. The e-mail stated for me to choose another date and the flowers "may" be deliver on that date. I was furious and contacted customer service and told them how I felt about this situation and refund my money. Next time I will order from a local florist.
Today my wife and I celebrate 21 years of marriage. At 10 am I completed an order to have flowers sent to her job and I paid the extra fee for the "by 1 pm" option because my wife gets off at 3 pm. At 1:30 the flowers had not been delivered and I contacted their customer service. I was told the flowers would be delivered within the hour. Well, just finished up with their customer service again and it's now 2:58 pm. Most guys send flowers not only for their wives' joy of the flowers themselves but also for the joy they get from the attention received after receiving flowers. There is much more that goes into giving and receiving flowers than just flowers showing up at any time... timing is everything! Teleflora was a complete failure! This was my first time using their service and it is absolutely the last!
The one good thing I can say is the flowers are pretty. I also understand that there are times when an order needs to be changed, however it should be changed with something comparable to what you ordered. This is not the case, when I spend a good amount on flowers, I expect them to look better than what I can purchase from Aldi or Jewel. They should look professional and not something my 1 year old grandson placed in a vase. For how long it took to deliver and how they looked, I could have done that. People have got to look at this and say, "I would send these to my mom." Give a care about what you are doing or go some place else. No customer service. I ordered the Cotton Candy (Deluxe) go see on their website, below is what was delivered. It is nor allowing me to upload my confirmation.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
