Ordered a Birthday Cake design for $103 and received flowers in a cheap vase. I could have done better at Walmart picking out flowers. They cancelled the order and did Florists choice without asking or informing me. This was a huge disappointment. Big difference and they pocket the money and don't care who they hurt. Florist was given a $59 dollar option of their choice. So, Telefloral took their part. Shame on this business.
Along with an obit I received an electronic form to order flowers for the Memorial and Funeral Services. Since this was the dad of a long-time business partner, I placed the order. When presented for payment, there were multiple charges not mentioned but I OK'd them and placed the order 4 or 5 days before the services. On the morning of the services, 45 mins after the first service, someone who could not speak understandable English called and at my request transferred me to someone else who did not know why they were calling. Eventually, I was told that when they tried to place the order on the morning of the service, they couldn't find a florist. There was nothing they could do. This is not a reliable service and I will NEVER use them again.
I will never try this place again, they charge for early guaranteed delivery and then just don't, the customer service is nonexistent, they have no idea what they're doing, for what the charge they should be stepping it up, buyer beware don't bet on them to get anything to you. Worst flower delivery ever, thanks for nothing you incompetent fools. SO JUST AN UPDATE THEY NOW REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. DO NOT USE THIS HORIBLE PLACE. YOU GET RIPPED OFF, AND NO ONE AT THE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL EVEN TRY T HELP YOU.
What you get vs. what was ordered doesn't even compare. I wrote an email requesting a refund on a $90 bouquet and they refunded $27.
Ordered a plant arrangement for Valentine's Day shipped for 2/13 date. When received not only was it smaller but it was a different arrangement altogether. I tried to get them to rectify the situation since it was still one day before Valentines but all they offered was a $20 refund. I'm extremely disappointed with their service and will never order from them again. I don't recommend anyone else does either.
If I could I would give them a big ZERO. I ordered a centerpiece to be sent to my family for Christmas and what arrived...a vase of carnations and one rose. I will NEVER use them again!

Price paid at checkout was not what was charged to credit card. It looks like you are charged in Canadian dollars but you are not
I ordered cotton candy flowers and what i received was not comparable. There was way too much white and did not look near the picture.
Placed an order at 10 AM for evening delivery. Spoke with the manager to make sure they deliver it on time and get positive. At 5 PM they called me and informed that my order will be delivered tomorrow. They ruined my event (my wife's birthday party). Just horrible, absolutely irresponsible.
I ordered a casket spray well enough in advance for a funeral on a Monday. I paid extra for early delivery explaining what time the service was. I called and was told no problem they could do it. I got an email Friday afternoon saying that they would not be able to make the delivery time and could they deliver it to my house later. A casket spray, for THE CASKET. Delivered to my house AFTER the service? First of all you would think funerals would take time precedence over any regular flower deliveries. This came off as insensitive and downright ludicrous.
It was so easy to use the site an order I will definitely return the experience was awesome. I will tell others about this experience.
Flowers that were received for recipients birthday weren't not even close to what was ordered off the website. Arrangement was nice, but not close to what I ordered.
Spent $100 on a plant that's sentimental to my family. A random plant was delivered and didn't live up to the quality of the other plant that was purchased. Random plants delivered from this place.
I ordered against the odds because I was trying to get flowers for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I ordered on Saturday, September 8,2023, AND paid the additional fee to get the flowers to her for the next day BEFORE 1 PM. Would you believe the flowers were NEVER DELIVERED? I called customer service, and they told me the order was CANCELLED. I asked why, and their answer was the order delivery was "QUESTIONABLE".WTF does that mean? The young lady lives in a nice area, predominantly minorities; however, a decent neighborhood. Even so, they should have noted BEFORE taking my money, they don't deliver on that side of town, or call and state they need assistance. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!
I was very pleased with the flowers and service that I received from the local florist. The flowers are so pretty. What I am not happy with is the cost of $21.98 from Teleflora for the service. If I had realized that I wouldn't have bought from them. Next time I will call my local florist instead.
Teleflora had these delivered locally on the same day from Le Fleur Boutique in Newport Beach, California. Absolutely beautiful.
Promises of delivery not upheld. Also had ordered a specific planter which was substituted without my approval.
I placed a same-day order at 12:37PM for delivery that would be honored if submitted before 2:00PM. I called Customer Service *******610 at 3:45PM to get an update where I was told that the driver was contacted and the arrangement would be delivered in 30 minutes... Called again at 5:00PM to check on the delivery status (since the online status still showed "WITH FLORIST" and was told the arrangement had been delivered 2 hours ago. I have no email confirmation of the delivery, as of 5:28PM the status online still shows "WITH FLORIST" and I was told to contact the hospital and verify delivery myself. Absolute mess! I wish I would have reviewed the reviews prior to placing my order.
Ordered flowers for funeral service to be delivered day before service knowing that they wouldn't make it by 9:00am in time for viewing. Ordered online on Friday as soon as I knew the day and time for funeral. Monday morning received email from Teleflora stating delivery wouldn't happen until Wednesday - which is day of funeral - but couldn't guarantee delivery by 9:00am in time for viewing. Cancelled the order immediately and called a local florist in the area directly who will ensure delivery occurs in time for viewing. I will NEVER use Teleflora or any online third-party florist again - always better to look up local florist in area and call them directly. It's also less expensive and customer service is fantastic - unlike Teleflora.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
