I am very impressed with the ease of the application process. I answered the questions truthfully and was screened positive for emotional support animal. I paid the fees and in a matter of two days I had a written letter from a medical doctor stating my need for an emotional support animal. I think this service is extremely vital for people who do not have an established relationship with a primary medical provider. I used this service because my own provider is extremely busy and has very limited appointments as well as time to produce a letter like this. So I am extremely grateful that Support Pets is available. I will be moving soon and this letter will allow me some more options in locating a new rental home.

Process for my fur baby was extremely easy, fast and affordable. I have major anxiety and get easily overwhelmed even when doing things online, but Support Pets has really helped me through my anxiousness in this process. I thought the price was $99 but was charged $134. I don't think I ordered anything extra. Do we not get anything in hard copy? Is it only what I have printed? If so then it really isn't worth the $99.

Fairly easy. Unfortunately, they also included a deceased cat that was not selected. Hope my complex will still accept the information since they were notified in 2024 the cat has passed away.

After finally getting the forms fixed, I applied for a new apartment and the pet screening software flagged the forms as unauthentic. I have no doctor number or information to provide them. They also informed me doing questionnaires online and then paying for forms after are never legit so you all should change your advertising as it's misleading and wastes peoples money.
