It's a really good way to keep your dog with you! The only think I didn't like it's that they write the same to everybody… I think they should read the note explaining why you want or need a ESA dog! But for the rest really good and really fast!

I would have given 5 stars but I think that paying the fee of almost $100 should also include a dog tag and card along with the documents but I learned I must pay and extra fee to get the dog tags and all. It should all be like a bundle for one set price.

I was so excited when I found out about this service as I needed to take my pet with me from NY to LA. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I paid for the upgrade including "all access". First of all, no airline accepts this. Maybe ESA was a good solution in the past but since 2020 regulations have changed and no one will accept it (jokes on me for not checking prior to buying). Secondly, the form generated by the Dr. had my first and last name inversed. I emailed support to get this modified, no action. Thirdly, I get an email that the shipment of the physical ESA got canceled due to some address issue (note: address that I use on a daily basis for ALL my deliveries). I called the support service, she said they need a minimum of 10 days to get this sorted. It has been 3 weeks, still nothing. No follow ups or updates. Do not recommend!
