Service is very good and easy, but the vest is very stiff and spins around. I ordered a couple vests off Amazon that are softer and have a strap through the front legs.

I had ordered an XS harness but I received an XXS. I'm not sure but it may be past the time. I am disabled and can't get to PO very often. With this being your fault by sending wrong size, I would think you would make it right by sending me the correct size, XS. I will send the XXS back as soon as Ican.
Other than this, I was very impressed with everything else. Thank you for everything, and your help on th harness replacement.

I purchased my Esa and got Dr letter. Could not take my dog on vacation as hotel did not accept her with Esa as the site said most would not so we left our puppy with friends. Every restaurant said that only registered service animals were permitted and not Esa. So, What a money making scheme. Wish I had know to take photos of these notices.

To sum things up, I was already exposed to the Support Pets website & was thinking about getting my dog verified. Until my rental office got word of my dog and sent a notification stating we had to get rid of him within a week. So my gf & I were worried at first, then I talked to a friend that told me to verify him as an ESA and it all clicked. So I went back to the Support Pets website and did major research, I read EVERYTHING on the website that gave me insight on my rights to having an ESA. After that I purchased the documents, sent them to the office and he is still with me till this day. At the time of this review, that was well over a month ago. Getting him verified literally saved my life, I would have been completely devastated if we would have had to get rid of him.
