Support Pets states that you will have your ESA Approval Letter within 48 hours. Mine took 3 weeks because they said their doctors were extremely busy. When I finally did get my approval letter (after 3 weeks and numerous emails) the Support Letter was dated for one day after I submitted my request.

It took me 3 months of continuous emails, chats, FB messaging to get my landlord forms completed by them. My landlord and I both kept after them. Absolutely ridiculous! I paid for them to complete those documents! Took a week to get my ESA approval letter! They cited HIPPA as the reason for not giving out a fax number to send the forms to. Support said they'd escalate the concern and I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. I didn't. When I did hear back it was the identical same email sent by regular Customer Support & that was supposed to be the Specialist!
Super simple process, turn around time was fast as well! 100/10 🏽
