I ran into a problem with the breed selection screen. I chose 'cat', at least i thought i did, but I was asked to pick a breed of dog before I could continue. I tried typing in 'tuxedo cat' but it was auto corrected to a German short-haired pointer or something, so now I'm waiting on that to be corrected.

When I first paid for my ESA papers, I kept getting notices about buying it before time ran out, about three notice, even though I already had paid for it. It was kind of annoying. On top of this, the payment pending at one of my banks didn't go through, so I ended up paying it with my other bank. I don't know what happened with that. Maybe being my first bank thought you were some kind of scam, so they woukdnt let it go through. I don't know for sure. Want's important is the letters to the leasing offices, which I have. It's complicating. I want to register two more of my dogs. How? I understand with the first dog I get the 2nd one free.
We got our documents as promised but would suggest they be made to look like a certificate as opposed to just a letter. And wading through all the offers for other products and permissions is confusing.

Process was actually easier than I thought! Applied. Got approved for my grandpa's cat to be an ESA animal before moving to an apartment worry-free. Kevin can be with him now yayyyyy. Also got his ESA doctor approved letter :) Applied for my grandpa and the cat with his approval on everything during the application process.

When signing up it is a bit confusing. I just wanted the ESA paperwork and they added other charges to my card which was credited back after the confusion was cleared up. I wish they had a person to call direct to walk through the process.
