I ordered my new ESA using an expired card. That was my mistake. But Then I reordered with the correct card, but the order never went through. No one knew why. For several days I was emailing back and forth with two or three different people to no avail. Finally, I made another order, and it finally went through. Because of all of this my previous ESA expired. Thank goodness my apartment manager was willing to work with me on it. But even though I had these problems, the customer service team was very professional and very willing to help me. I received my new ESA documents the very same day after the third attempt. I do recommend Support Pets. Just be aware to order your documents way ahead of time, in case there is a problem.

The payment process was alittl confusing though. I feel like having an itemized bill post check out makes it alot easier. Especially it allows to see what is included and what I have to buy separately for example her ID and her leash and dog harness. But other than that my experience was great and I was worried about it being a hassle but you made it soo smooth and informative it helped my stress levels so much!
Great experience. I have never had to register my pet before but I have a new property management company at my apartment complex and they require either an ESA or we pay higher rent. I've lived here over 7 years and honestly my cat brings me happiness and calms me down from a stressful job.
The website has few and very direct options there is no way to access profile or change information for renewals without contacting customer service.
