Everything is perfect except there was no physical address put on the letters for a medical facility and my place of residence may need that to accept my cat as an ESA. Hopefully everything works out though.

All I had to do was fill out the questionnaire and they sent me my esa documents within 48 hours, complete with a reason for needing an ESA specified. Mine says "high stress" which is spot on! I would absolutely recommend

Had to move pretty quickly and was vary stressed. My dog Sugar helps keep me calm and happy but tring to find a place that would accept her or wouldn't charge me a huge pet deposit and monthy fee was really getting my stress levels high. I applied to have her registered as my ESA and it was easy and fast. Showed Sugars ESA letter to the landlord and even know he has a no dog policy he let us move in and keep her. I thought the charge was $99 but then it got vague with charges and at the end I was charged $149 for my second years paperwork. Nothing else just paperwork. In the end it is still worth it. I may shop around next year though.
