I am not sure what to say. I was charged $142.99 and can't find out what that covers. Every time that I try to look something like the ESA Certificate I have to hunt for it with various links. There is not from my experience a person to talk to. I found a number but that went no where. I want to know what I purchased for $142.99. At this point I would not recommend your company to anyone.
