I feel the problem was caused by the postal worker taking the package. Had I not discovered the package missing so soon, this might not have ended this way. Your company should be more secure in packages. This was packed in a gold metallic envelope that was very easy to open. When I received the package it was very easy to open but I could not determine if it had been opened previously.

The hardest part of this experience was deciding what to purchase. There were too many good choices. The items I bought for gifts were promptly delivered and were as described. When the items were received, I also received email alerts that enabled me to retrieve them promptly.
I wasn't happy with the fact that no one mentioned before I purchased this item that it required a signature for delivery. I'm at work all day and not home between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.which was the delivery time. I set up an account with fedex and asked them online to deliver this item to a nearby Walgreens so I could pick it up at a time that worked for me. Once I did that it was fine and fairly straightforward. Regarding the item itself, it's quite pretty but the baguettes are very small--which is to be expected considering the price. It's beautiful though. As I've worn it today I've noticed that it wants to not stay centered on the neck but tends to turn a little toward my left (when wearing) and after awhile I catch it in the mirror and reposition around my neck. It's a nice size though, not really small but not big either. It feels substantial and hangs flatly on the chest it just has that tendency to turn thing. All in all, I would buy this again but gave it 3 stars due to shipping and fact that it turns on your neck.

UPDATE: Superjeweler not only corrected my issue, they gave me a new replacement with added value for my trouble. Ultimately, they've been EXTREMELY generous in crediting me for the hassle and have generated my goodwill. Because of this, I would consider purchasing from them and am now comfortable recommending them as reputable to deal with.
My Old review: Look, do they have good prices? Sure. Buyer beware if you have a problem. My ring, at 2 yrs old now, has spent nearly 12 months of that time in their repair shop on 6 different occasions because it loses stones over and over again.
