Our ring arrived and was nothing like the photo. The stones in the website photo were vibrant and stunning. The stones in the ring were near colorless. The engraving also wasn't centered. I contacted customer service and all they could say was the stones are top quality and they'd give us $70 toward getting the engraving fixed at a local jeweler if we send them the receipt. They offered for us to send the ring back to fix the engraving, but there is not enough time as we get married next week.

Order arrived later than expected and tracking was not provided so that was disappointing. I received a phone call handling the situation which was helpful.

From ordering the jewelry to receiving the jewelry it could not have been easier.
Slightly 24 hours passed before Meghan at Diamondere contacted me about my delivery note. She thanked me for my purchase and provided me with information about how the item would be packed and shipped to my home.
From that point on, Meghan kept in regular contact notifying me where the jewelry was in the process. Even more surprising and unexpected was when Meghan at Diamondere contacted me about a slight carat difference in the Amethysts I chose. It was quite minor for a custom piece but I appreciated their upfront honesty.
The piece shipped on time if not a little early and I received it in a reasonable amount of time.
The type of customer service I received is rarely seen in the world today. I am very impressed and will return to Diamondere the next time I am looking for a piece of jewelry.

My experience been nothing but remarkable, the communication from the team was amazing and i would like highlight Meghan in particular.
Her responsiveness made me feel more comfortable and kept me engaged during the process.

The process was seamless for ordering and the communication was great. The bracelet came in a cardboard box but had fallen out of the standard jewelry gift box that it was placed in. I found it at the bottom of the external cardboard box after searching for it. Luckily it was not damaged. A little disappointed in the bracelet as the black diamonds appeared smaller than the white diamonds and thus overwhelmed. That was different than the appearance on the website.

Looks great but I wish the stone hadn't been downsized without saying anything until after it had already been chosen and the refund was made. I would have rather paid a little more and received a larger size than have a smaller stone with a reduced cost. This is an engagement ring... but overall it looks beautiful and customer service was top notch.

Got the ring literally hours before we were leaving for a trip. Thank you for making that happen. Proposal went perfectly. It was a simple proposal but an extraordinary surprise and she loved it! All of her friends have been raving about the ring, also the engagement, but the ring has gotten a lot of attention in a great way. Comments like, that's really got some weight to it, and that's a piece that will be passed down. Thank you all so much for everything!

The ring was originally weak and bent with the slightest use. I contacted customer support, and the ring was remade with numerous internal struts, which vastly improved its strength. I have received many compliments and will cherish this symbol of my love for my wife.
