The ring was perfect. Delivery time was a week later then what was advertised on the site at the time of ordering. Which wasn't a huge deal, but it is something I would have preffered to be on time. Is what it is. Overall I am happy with my experience

The jewelry I purchased was and is lovely, and the customer support and follow up, from order to delivery, was very helpful, reliable and considerate. The jewelry was also reasonably priced for the caliber of metal and gemstones, thanks in large part to the company crafting the jewelry, and thus requiring no middle persons or retailer price hike. I have recommended the company to others.

After ordering my engagement ring, I received a follow-up email informing me that the package would need to be signed for and asking if I wanted to use an alternative address. I said yes and gave them a new address, then waited for a couple weeks. The progress bar on the site did not correspond with the shipping updates I was getting from UPS, so I was a little confused when I received the package without any notice from Diamondere itself. Just a little wonky, but a good experience overall.

The ring was absolutely beautiful. The only downside about the whole process was the fact that I paid extra to have it expedited and they delivered the ring extremely late. Way past the date they said they would. That really sucked because I needed the ring on the date it was supposed to be delivered. It ruined a few things but I have no complaints about the ring itself. They did refund my money for the expedited service. It is a very beautiful ring and I will definitely keep this company in mind for the wedding rings.

Overall happy with product, some issues during process of making ring but emailed team and got a response and update may not be the best communication but something is better than nothing overall pleased

I ended up ordering my set before the holidays, well before Christmas and it was delayed due to constraints of the holidays coming up i. E Christmas and New Years. Got an email saying I wouldn't be able to get till after I have left the designated location of the original delivery. Was able to contact customer service and they were well responsive after they got to me a day or 2 later, helping with what I needed and getting the order to be delivered to a new destination. Will 100% recommend diamondére to fellow customers for customer service alone! Just plan ahead so you don't end up needing them in the long run!

My ring is beautiful! However, it arrived 2 weeks after the expected delivery date on the day of my wedding which caused just a little bit of stress. My shipping information showed it sitting in customs for a week due to not having the right paperwork associated with it. Then when it was finally approved, it was delayed due to holidays. I fully believe that it would have arrived in plenty of time if it was not held up at customs.

I was worried seeing it ship out of another country but when I got it it was everything you said it would be very nice. You earned a customer for life and I would recommend to anyone. Thank You
