My experience with them was amazing and it was really nice to be able to pick the different quality of emeralds within the bracelet. I was surprised with how easy the process was and how communicative the team was from the time i placed my order to the time the box was in my hand. My ring showed up almost a week before I had expected it and looked exactly as I had built it
The ring came in a nice box well protected and it didn't take long to arrive the check out process was easy and the customer service they are amazing they answered all questions I had and its perfect just like the picture I love it.

First off want to say that the ring is beautiful. I was worried as I didn't see many online reviews showing pictures but got the Eugene ring and it looked exactly like the picture. I will be using them again for the matching wedding band and am extremely glad that I used them for my engagement ring. Also saw some concerning reviews based on missed delivery eta's but they delivered my ring prior to the date it was estimated to arrive. Overall will be using them again and suggest others who are weary of online purchasing for something this big to at least consider this company as they did right by me every step of the way.
