What a great selection and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in just a few minutes. The online staff was very helpful and the rings arrived early! Timely updates and contact with Diamondère made this a easy purchase.
Someone in shipping mixed up my ring with someone elses so we were both sent the wrong ring. Diamondere paid for the return and express shipping! I needed the ring within 2.5 weeks and they got there in 1.5 even with the mixup. Clear communication whole way through and a beautiful ring.
The customer service team is great and very friendly. The product meets or exceeds expectations. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars, and I know it was more than likely a fluke instance. Even the ability to have them be silver versus gold. Choosing silver was not for cost, but my soon-to-be wife loves all things silver, so it was a want. I was also pleased with the time frame DIamondere was able to deliver. It was exactly as advertised. Speaking of delivery, and many may not think to give a shout out to this, but thank you for the packaging in a box, within a box, within a box, so that the delivery did not look like rings! She absolutely adores the rings, so thank you!

The rings are beautiful and true to size. My order came exactly as I ordered, and earlier than I expected. Well packaged to keep it safe. One note, it showed up before I received a shipping notice or courier tracking number. Which in my case worked out beautifully. But since this needs to be signed for at delivery a little better heads up may be needed for folks who aren't around during the day.

We ordered our ring and immediately received a follow-up that detailed all of the delivery information and some tips about the metal we had chosen. While some of it was certainly "canned" language, it still felt very personalized to us and made us feel like we were more than just a sales number. I responded with a few questions and received a response very quickly. My husband absolutely loves his ring, the quality is gorgeous and the design is so unique--we have already recommended this company to others looking for theirs!
