I was told the rind would arrive by a specific time period which was needed for my wedding, instead it was delayed down to the wire, and the complimentary diamond studs have also not been issued which was supposed to be compensation for the missed delivery date. Thankfully we received what we paid for, but I am not happy with the service provided, the lack of promised items and the time taken.

I had a good experience with Diamondere. My dad and I purchased this ring for my mom a little while before Christmas, and while it didn't arrive before Christmas it arrived before New Years. My mom loved it and she sobbed it means so much to her. She's been wearing it everyday since. We had just lost her mom before Christmas so it was extra sentimental to her, she's been wanting a ring that combines her birthstone and my dad's birthstone together. She especially loves the ring because she can add it to her already stunning wedding band set and it blends beautifully together. I did think the stones would be a bit bigger but I will say it looks even better in person and the website truly doesn't do it justice. Very pleased with our purchase.

I placed a somewhat late order before Christmas and the web site said there was an 80% chance it would arrive by Christmas. Given the updates I was receiving after I placed the order, it seems obviously that the likelihood was 0%. I realize 80% leaves a 20% chance of it not arriving, but I think given your understanding of the process you should have said it was 0% or if you wanted to stretch it to get the order, maybe say 20% or 50%. I believe the 80% was very misleading and done so in order to get orders.

I have purchased from you before and do not have an issue with the product. But, in my mind this tarnishes your reputation.

They were perfect and even though my original order for engraving had a typo, I reached out by phone and email the day I placed the order and they were able to fix it! Shipping took 4 extra days, because of a storm in our area, but that totally wasn't their fault. We're very happy with the entire experience!

I found the perfect ring for my husband to celebrate our 40 th anniversary. I sized it like a signet ring for his little finger. He loved it but wanted to wear it on his ring finger. So I request a resizing. Diamondere paid for shipping it back and remade it just as they advertised. What a great business to work with. And the craftmanship was exceptional!

I want to thank the company and also customer service for being so exceptionally wonderful and quick to all my needs and how everything turned out. We are more than satisfied with how it all went especially a week before Christmas!. I would tell everyone to use diamondere and also wools never go anywhere else for something so special like this.

Diamondere created a custom fit of stones to band for us, beyond their extensive designs, which was much appreciated. It would have been more helpful to see images placed upon a finger than multiple views, to reveal a better sense of size of the design. Otherwise, we were well-pleased with the experience.
