The volary ring is magnificent. Opening the box for the first time was just full on stunning. Seeing the ring in the sunlight and feeling the weight of it in my hand is just so nice. My wife just stared at it for 10 minutes. I don't think I'll buy anywhere else.
The ring was a little smaller than I expected but still very beautiful. The ordering process was also relatively easy
Communication was good and the delivery was on time. However, the center stone was not secured well enough and was loose in the setting when the ring arrived.
The customer service was the best I've encountered. A rep checked in with me after I placed my initial order to get clarity on a couple of things. The same person, Cherie, communicated with me a couple of times, and Cherie was positive and gracious every time. And, it was communicated very clearly when my ring would arrive. I'm very happy with the ring I chose.
We have not exchanged rings yet, but I believe he is going to fall in love with this ring as much as I have. I did not need any customer service and was notified of a short delay. 10/10 Excellent communication and beautiful craftsmanship
Diamondere is absolutely dedicated to assuring the jewelry you buy from them is exactly what you want. I really wasn't sure until I had the rings on my finger so I requested they make a few changes. They sent me a pre-paid UPS label with insurance, made the changes and returned the rings to me. They were so very gracious and I love my rings!
Customer service was outstanding. From initial questions and inquiry to the ultimate custom order that I placed the service was great. Quick responses to my questions and they delivered two custom rings in the exact time that they said they would. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Heirloom emerald is a bit lacking... very dark in the center and very shallow in the cut.

I really love my ring. It is made of quality and the stones are beautiful. I was a little disappointed when I opened it up and it wasn't exactly what I ordered. My sides stones on my ring wasn't the deep blue that I expected them to be. They were way lighter of a blue. I did reach out to the company and they were willing to fix it. But I didn't want to wait another 6 weeks for them to remake my ring.so just beware when designing your ring the stones probably won't be the color that the picture shows you. I had my main stone aquamarine and side stone blue topaz. The blue topaz look really blue and made the ring pop but when I got it. The blue topaz was lighter the the main stone. Bummed me out.

I decided to upgrade my wife's wedding ring after fourteen years because the one I bought for her was the best I could do when I was seventeen. I always wanted to get her a really nice claddagh, and diamondère really delivered. The diamond heart with the sapphires in the crown on yellow gold, with a personal message engraved was the perfect gift to give her before the birth of our first child.
No GIA report or Appraisal so that's a bummer, but it's heavy and nice. A bit expensive but nice. Wish it was solid and not hollow with braces on the underside. I hope the shanks is at least solid.
