I had been working with a local jeweler to create a memorable 25th anniversary ring for my wife, but I wasn't happy with the options they had available. A custom ring with them was going to take months and cost more than I had budgeted. I found Diamondere while looking for ideas for a custom ring. I built the ring I wanted from a standard template and loved it. However, time had slipped away as I tried to work with the local jeweler and I only had 2 weeks left until our anniversary. Our anniversary landed in the middle of anticipated ship dates, so I noted in the order that I would like to have it before the date of our anniversary. The ring arrived the day before our anniversary and looked great! I was able to ask her to marry me all over again on our 25th anniversary as I had planned.

I was told several times I needed to sign for delivery, which I would prefer as this was a high value item. I stayed home all day, the doorbell finally rang at 5:30pm and the driver left it at my door with no signature.
The ordering process was easy and the customer service was on point. Every time I had a question, they would promptly respond with the answer. The only gripe I have was with the delivery. I was told a signature would be required. I took the day off work to wait for thee package. The UPS guy knocked on the door. When I went to sign, he was already in his truck driving away. The package was just dropped off by UPS and the driver did not ask for a signature. I wasted 9 hours of PTO when I did not have to. If it wasn't for that, it would have been 5 starts. The ring is absolutely beautiful.

I was a little skeptical when I saw that it was coming from Thailand. I thought it would take forever to get here. But it delivered on the first day of the delivery window. The rings are stunning and appear to be good quality. The pictures are a little more detailed than the reality but they are still gorgeous!
A bit stressful but it worked out. The order ended up coming in on time but the stress of being told it was delayed and then worrying about it was annoying.
