I worked with Jonathan on cads for the setting for his uber bench and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. He worked with me patiently to get the height and the design just right to balance having the stone sit relatively low but still flush for the matching band. The stone is amazing. I knew from the website it would be beautiful but in person it's impressive. The facets which are dreamy and quite elegant, along with the elongated proportion. Sitting in this sleek bezel, the set feels wonderful on my hand. I'm quite picky with bezels and the workmanship is gorgeous.

Jonathan (and Vicki) provided quick responses, personalized recommendations, and a level of customer service that was so efficient I was worried it was too good to be true at first. However, my experience WAS true, and I would definitely recommend them for custom diamond or curations. Their diamond "trial" program helped me find the diamond of my dreams for an engagement ring, and return a different one that was beautiful but not the right size.
