Found a beautiful design made by Caysie Van Bebber and saw tremendous testimonials for distinctive gem online. Sure enough, everything came out to be as good as advertised. Jonathan remained in constant communication with us through the whole process and gave us great transparency and advice. Him, CVB, and all people involved in Distinctive Gem rushed to make sure the ring was received by me well before Christmas in spite of my ordering very late. Couldn't be happier, I saw lots of nice sites online for engagement rings, but what especially stood out working with Distinctive Gem was that it felt like I had extra people in my corner helping me through the process at every step and equally excited as me in making sure we get the ring we want.

I was excited to get a diamond to replace the one I had lost with my wedding set. I placed the order on July 19,2022. I inquired about my order each month until I got my stone on November 9,2022. I hadn't expected the stone to take so long to be shipped. Jonathan Weingarten was awesome with me when I explained my frustration and hesitancy to accept my order - the stone was larger than I had ordered, making it impossible to set it in the setting I had purchased for my order. Jonathan had the stone set into a Tiffany-style solitaire setting for me to wear until I find my diamond it's permanent setting. The stone, a transitional cut, lab-grown diamond is absolutely beautiful. I am thrilled with the stone. The current setting's profile is a little tall/high for me, but it works for now. Jonathan also offered to do the CAD design for a new wedding ring for me free of charge. It's nice to know that is an option when that time comes.

I just purchased a ring from the company (stone and setting individually plus assembly), and could not be happier with the end product. Jonathan and Vicki pay massive attention to the details and ask specific questions to make sure that every aspect of the ring is exactly as you want it to be, and the end result is truly stunning. If you're anything like me and my fiance then you will be absolutely thrilled with the end result, and the prices are beyond reasonable especially for the quality of the end product. Definitely make these people your first stop if you are shopping for quality jewelry and engagement rings!

Jon and his team are *wonderful*. I sent a picture of a ring I had fallen in love with to show Jon what kind of cut I had wanted and he nailed it! It is such a beautiful and perfectly cut diamond and the customer service was amazing. The communication was great and made me feel like a treasured customer, not just another name to get money out of. The setting is beautiful as well and really compliments the stone, the prongs are perfectly aligned to the facets and flush so there's no snagging. I won't hesitate to be a return customer for any future diamond needs-I don't think anyone else can do it better!

So, from the start, my fiancée and I were against buying from the "big box" retail stores at the mall. I came across Distinctive Gem and their work through a Reddit recommendation. I decided on a lab grown diamond and the hearts and arrows cushion cut just stood out to both of us. Long story short, I reached out to Jonathan and he made the process so easy and was there to answer any questions I might have. I was hesitant to buy a stone/ring sight unseen (I saw images, but not in person), but the process was so simple and I was not let down once I had the end result in my hand. Excellent work and am definitely returning to purchase the matching wedding band!

Distinctive Gem is the best place to buy diamonds period. Jonathan was so nice and patient with me. I ordered a ring and less than a week later he got it made for me, and right in time for Christmas Eve! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, he really does make miracles happen. I can't thank him and everyone else at Distinctive Gem enough. The Hearts and Arrows Cushion Cut is gorgeous. My fiancée loved it! Do yourself a favor and buy from them, you won't regret it!
