I had done a good deal of research, almost a year (learning the 4Cs, understanding costs, budgeting, etc) before reaching out to Jonathan. I went with a custom cut AVC diamond because, at the time, there just was not a rock available at my desired spec level. The process was straight forward and Jonathan kept open communication along every step of the way.

For the setting, I drew the initial design on a piece of paper and emailed it to Jonathan. He was able to take that drawing and realize it into CAD. After a couple of back and forth emails with some CAD tweaks, we came to a design that had all the elements in my original sketch.

Once the diamond got certified, everything got put together and shipped overnight and was fully insured.

When I received the courier package and opened the box, I was so happy how everything turned out. The AVC needs no additional rave review. If you have seen one in video or in person, there is no denying you have one of the best performing diamonds you can buy. The setting was very high quality and looked better in person than on the CAD simulation.

The whole experience was great! Jonathan is a professional and his passion for customer service, bundled with his knowledge and experience in the business made everything that much more worthwhile.

Jonathan's AVC cut is an absolute perfection with signature bold facets reflecting pastels and the mesmerizing depth seen from any angle. It brings in so much character when compared to an average round diamond cut. I am also overjoyed to be able to choose this in a moissanite gem without the diamond's steep price tag. Thank you for sharing your innovation in your products while keeping consumer interests in mind as you grow your business :)

I have had the pleasure to work with Jonathan on several projects and he has been nothing but professional, kind, patient and holds his business to the highest standards. He will bend over backward to make sure you are ecstatic about your purchase and is simply a genuinely good person. The AV stones are nothing short of spectacular too! The combination of an antique cut diamond with the AV ideal optics is simply divine. I am definitely a repeat client due to the incredible diamonds Jonathan has created and his top notch customer service. Only problem is I want them all!

This is the first time I've worked with Jonathan, but let me tell you what a "wow" experience I had with him.
