My fiancé and I had reached out to Jonathan in finding a 3 ct radiant diamond with pretty specific requirements. Boy did he over deliver, he found us the perfect stone at a great price! I catch my fiancé even staring at it because of how beautiful a stone it is. Jonathan was always very responsive in our email communication and has the best customer service, he went above and beyond for us and I am so glad we found him after a nightmare situation with another company.
The stone is seriously perfection and I cannot say enough good things about working with him.

Jonathan was so great to work with. He responded in a very timely manner and didn't mind the 50 bajillion times we made small tweaks to get the ring just perfect. He had the right stone and was able to advise, without being pushy, on size, appearance, and flow.

We had originally gone to a big time diamond dealer and they have over 4000 settings to look at. We found a setting we liked, but not loved. We took this base idea to Jonathan and even though we didn't REALLY know what setting we initially wanted- he worked with us to create an absolutely gorgeous ring. AND- we got double the diamond carat weight for the same price as the big time "best price" diamond store, at I'm sure better quality. The ring is a fireball. Thank you Jonathan!

Working with Jonathan has been such an incredible experience. We wanted a lab grown diamond custom designed engagement ring.

The custom setting:

My fiancee and I had a rough idea of the ring design we wanted, however we still had difficulty visualizing the final product. Jonathan was able to get back to us with a quick 3D draft of what we described. We were then able to work with Jonathan to gradually make changes towards our ideal ring. We must have changed our mind a dozen times, or have been nitpicky about details that would most likely not have shown up in the final product. All this time, Jonathan was amazingly patient with us. He advised us on design and explained what were the physical or design constraints of our ideas.

I received quotes from 3-4 local jewellers (Montreal, QC, Canada), and 3-4 online jewellers. Almost every jeweller will outsource their CAD design to someone else. As a result, you will be dealing with a salesperson, who will pass down your message to the CAD designer. Imagine the nightmare when it's the tenth modifications you want.

This is all to say, Jonathan is a CAD wizard and we are lucky to have directly worked with him.

The diamond:

If you try educating yourself on diamonds on YouTube, you will find Jonathan giving clear and detailed explanations that will help you make an informed decision. The best part about buying a diamond from Jonathan is that they all go through him to verify. He was also able to offer me a range of diamonds in my budget, and offer me his advice based on his experience.

The experience:

Most of our communications were done by chat, and we were able to exchange images and ideas very quickly and efficiently. More importantly, we were dealing with Jonathan, who has experience with the complete process, the entire time.

Johnathan Weingarten goes above and beyond customer service. I didn't feel like a number. He made me feel important and that is something that seems to be dying out. He was such a pleasure to work and it breaks my heart that I am not wearing one of his rings. His creative mind just left me floored! Unfortunately I went with a local jeweler as I live in Canada and it was a hard decision to make. If I lived in the US I would have 100% gone with him. Throughout our emails, Johnathan was super kind, professional and enthusiastic! You can tell he just loves what he does and there are not very many people who can say they do. I do look forward to working with Johnathan someday, hopefully in the near future. Thank you for everything you have done for me :)

Jonathan and Vicki are awesome. I have been a 'wanna be customer' for more years than I care to count. They spent so much time with me even when I was ready to order, then something would come up (this happened more than once). They must have endless patience. They treat their clients exceptionally well, whether you are purchasing a moissanite or diamond. In the end I now have a gorgeous 8 mm 2.00 ct G/H VS August Vintage European Cut in my hot little hands. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the stone and the entire experience.

Buying a ring can be stressful and difficult. You get thrown at you all these numbers and specs and it's overwhelming. Enter Jonathan. We had such an amazing time working with him. We started with him 1/16 and within three weeks, I had the perfect ring. He's an expert in diamonds and he knows exactly what you want. I was iffy on buying a diamond without looking at it but with Jonathan, you don't need to look. He vets the diamonds himself and picks the best one for you. He was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. We had so many questions and he answered each and every one of them. We ended up with a gorgeous 1.53 ct E VS2 cushion that sparkles like no other! We highly recommend him and his company; they are so honest and trustworthy!

I purchased a drop dead gorgeous AVC stone from AVI, and words cannot describe the beauty. Besides the fact that the AVC is the most gorgeous, perfectly cut, perfectly colored stone I've ever seen- this man goes above and beyond for his customers. Being that I spent under $2000 (definitely a lot less than his usual customers) he still provided me with 110% amazing customer service. Any time of day, he answered all my crazy questions. Jonathan just wants his customers to be happy, he's so kind and understanding. I will never purchase diamonds/moissanites from any other vendor. Only AVI. His wife is also VERY kind and helpful. I just can't say enough good things about this company. They are AMAZING!
