I had to call and ask for a confirmation email and shipping date. I was told after purchasing the item that I would receive an email that evening, but I didn't. When I received the shipment it was in a shipping envelope, then there was a padded shipping envelope, and a larger box. The earrings were in a blue box tied with a ribbon, then there was the actual jewelry box with a snap within the larger box. Extremely well protected. The earrings matched the description perfectly.
Ordered 2 gold bracelets and they both were delivered in a timely fashion.
I love the earrings, they are the perfect size and love the sparkle of them. Looking forward to eating wearing them soon.
