The item from December never had any tracking details, it showed up all of a sudden in my mailbox. The most recent purchase was again delayed and sat for greater than 24 with out and package movement, and for a item appraised at $4k not to need a delivery signature is concerning, as I am looking g to purchase a 3 carat ring for an upcoming anniversary

Overall I am happy with the ring however it arrived outside of its box. The jewelry box was damaged and the only protection the ring had was the bubble wrap packaging. I'm having a jeweler inspect for damage soon.

I have ordered two times so far from Superjeweler's. My experience both times was positive. The items that I ordered were just as pictured and described. Shipping did not take long at all. I live in the U.S. and it took about a week.
The quality of the items I ordered are just as described from stone size to diamond clarity. The items are legit. This proves the integrity of the company. For the low prices they offer, I was seriously expecting fakes being passed off as real. That is not the case at all.
The only suggestion I have is including a slip or card witht the purchase verifying the products authenticity.
SuperJewler's has a lifetime customer in me. I encourage anyone who is not sure to put your worries aside. You won't be disappointed.

I was supposed to have these by Christmas. Of course. I didn't. I had also ordered 2 other items weeks before Christmas and NONE of them arrived on time. I'm still looking for my expedited shipping fees to be refunded. Service was horrible. I was given other people's tracking numbers to makee think my items had been shipped. UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!

A $5 reward was applied to order and removed once it was processed. I emailed customer service 2 times and called once, still don't have $5.
