Never again. Package arrived in Canada and DHL didn't deliver it, they handed it to Canada Post and charged them full delivery price $17. Canada post then charged me in full. I asked beforehand if it was free shipping to Canada they said yes. Customer service said not our problem go chase DHL and Canada Post for your money. The product was also meh, looks a lot better in the photos. Never again.

Don't order

Ive ordered several items from this company and very disappointed with each. First of all, all of the jewelry are much smaller and fragile than the picture shows. Furthermore, I want to return 2 items but there is no return packing slip (stragetically done, I'm guessing) and when you call the customer service number is always goes to voicemail. What legitimate company has voicemail. Naturally, I left a message and as expected, no phone call back. Don't order from this company.

I recently ordered the men's gold nugget eagle ring. It arrived within 5-7 days. I was scared to death to open the box, thinking Im sure I got scammed out of $200, especially since this was my 1st order and it's Christmas time. Omg! This ring is gorgeous! So much better than I expected. I will definitely order again and if I am just as pleased a 2nd time, I will be a customer for life!

I bought a 1/10 tcw 3 stone ring. My daughter ended up taking it off me because she liked it so well. I like the fact they have smaller sizes but really wish they had size 3 for my ring finger. So far wearing it since October it has kept its shine. I have just ordered blue diamond earrings and will give another review when I receive them. And I have not found prices that beat SuperJeweler.

I recently bought diamond earrings and matching pendant for my future wife to hand to her on our wedding day as my gift to her. Nowhere on the UK site did it state that the jewelry would be getting imported and that i would have to pay customs clearance charges. I have just had to pay an extra £56 just to get this item delivered even though i have already paid for delivery and insurance for this item (which i am still awaiting) absolutely appalled that this company can get away with adding these charges onto the customer and do not tell you before purchasing that you will incur these costs! I would never recommend and certainly will not be purchasing anything further.

Referred from an email, if you buy 1 watch, you receive 4 more free. Today received the 5 watches I hope to give my daughters for a Christmas gift. They look more expensive than I imagined and if they only get to wear them for a year or so, then it is definitely worth the money. They will surely appreciate this gift, and the colors are all ones they love. For this small price, it was worth giving this jewelry company a try.

Never Again

I ordered something for my wife last week. On Monday of this week they emailed me for order verification. No problem I understand the need for that. It is Thursday and I have not received a shipping notice or tracking. I call and the item is coming from a vendor and they have no earthly idea when it will ship! So, now I have to go buy my wife something else so she will have something for the special day. What a disappointment! Never again! My first order went well. This one is a nightmare and the gentlemen I spoke with could not have cared less! Never again!

Better late than never!

I have purchased 3 items from Superjeweler, and I have been very pleased with the quality of the items I purchased... when they FINALLY arrived!
In all 3 cases, the jewelry showed up anywhere from several days, to several weeks after the estimated delivery time! In fact, the engagement ring I purchased showed up 10 days after the promised delivery date, forcing me to rearrange elaborate engagement plans! It ended up costing me money for a deposit on a limousine rental, and having to replace flowers that died while waiting for the ring to arrive. And having to reschedule dinner arrangements that were made weeks in advance, etc... And customer service was no help at all! All they could say was "Sorry... it'll show up eventually"...

SuperJeweler attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

My husband bought my ring in 2012. We had to send it back multiple times because they didn't resize it right. I didn't have it for 3 months! Then all way fine, we got married in 2013 had our first beautiful baby girl 2015. So after our daughter was born I sent my ring back to get resized again. Got it back fairly quickly was so excited... 3 days later it BROKE! The top broke off while I was in the shower running my fingers through my hair! So the top breaks off from getting caught in my hair? So we send it back again and it was a about a week before Thanksgiving. I emailed to check the status of my ring. Finally got a response that they received my ring on Dec. 6th, and processing would take 10-14 days. I emailed multiple times, a friend from James Free emailed 3xs called and left messages 4 times neither of us got a response. I finally got my ring back January 8th! So I went through holidays and family pictures with no ring, I told them I'd just like a replacement and not to fix my broken one because it wouldn't be strong and would more than likely break again, looking at my ring I'd say they just welded it back on because it sits lower than before. I still haven't heard a word from that company! We are taking my ring to James Free to have the diamonds looked over and if all is good putting them into a good strong ring!

Ring around the rosey pocket full of reindeer games my husband picked the most unique stunning amazing ring and the service rep was so thrifty with his new Jersey style of hey want To see this fine crafted in my coat trench. DONT WASTE TIME IM DEVESTATED THE RING HAS NKT ARRIVED. To top things off we purchased for other items the delay of the ring was because they wanted to make it specially handcrafted and to perfection however no excuse on why the four other items could not be sent in which time they were handcrafting is perfectly designed ring for myself do not order from these guys they are scam scam scam course out of New Jersey but based out of South Carolina how does that work I call in New Jersey line it transfers to South Carolina funny funny criminals.

Never Again

Not impressed at all bought a gold diamond ring for the wife from this site in GBP had to pay an extra £18.00+ in CASH to collect it from post office due to import duties these I was not told about when buying.On inspecting the ring the gold is very very thin at base and it was not anything like the size indicated on picture(made to look bigger)could have bought a better quality ring for the money here in UK without the wait and hassle.To be fair it was Royal Mail that load the import duties with their massive cut this typical of yet another privatised company with no conscience.

Rip Off!

Ordered a ring for my GF's birthday and paid for delivery included and also insurance... Weeks went past and finally got an Email saying Ring was in Customs awaiting a Payment of £24.41 to release it! Absolute SCAM! Some other Shipping company had taken the delivery off DHL when it cleared Customs that wanted this extra charge. I did homework and NO duty is needed on items under £150 which my order was below. Will be taking this further. BEWARE of this Jewelery company and scam people!

I ordered. Pair of 4 carat diamond stud earrings from them & when they arrived, I compared them to a couple pairs of CZ. Earring studs that I have & the supposably diamonds had no more fire, color or clarity than he CZs. Then I took them to Costco's to compare them to some diamond studs of the same weight that I had seen there & there was no comparison, the Costco diamonds had a better color & clarity rating, & were 100 times brighter & shiner than the pitiful diamonds from Super Jeweler. So I packed up the studs that I had ordered & returned them by Fed Ex, & insured them for $10,000. I hope I get a refund, assuming that I will, I will go to Costco to buy my studs. There I know that I will get what I pay for, fair & square!

I got the most beautiful black diamond eternity ring from Super Jeweler. It took less than a week to arrive and it is seriously breathtaking. Under $200 too! Some of their products look cheap, but many of them look really lovely. They have a ton of different price points for all budgets. I LOVE my ring!

I ordered a ring for my girlfriend's birthday on 1/18. Received an email that it was shipped 4 days later and here I am 25 days later, still waiting for the ring to arrive. Girlfriend's birthday has come and gone and I looked like an idiot because I had to scramble for another gift at the last minute. Superjeweler uses DHL to deliver, which is an awful service. They didn't have shipping info for 2 weeks after the package was allegedly dropped off. To top that off, they hand it off to USPS to deliver, and the package has been shuffling between distribution centers, sitting there for 3-4 days at a time, not being delivered to me. I feel like an idiot for not trusting these reviews. Do not do business with this company, they are scammers.

Illegally declared item as a gift when dispatching to me via their UK Website UK.super.jeweler.com which sold goods in british pounds and has UK Flag all over it. Turns out they illegally try to avoid paying UK import duties

I ordered a pair of diamond earrings the day before Christmas. Shipped free and arrived in less than a week. Super great pricing and the packaging was more than fantastic!
(For all of the complainers ~ They clearly state on their site that item takes a few working days to ship)
