I was fortunate enough to win an 8ct oval shape green onyx and diamond ring crafted in solid sterling silver. It is a quality piece. The stone isn't as green as I thought it would be, however this too me was a pleasant surprise. It seems as though it changes color in different lighting (indoor vs outdoor) The ring is true to size. The band wasn't thick which I really enjoy. I could wear this any where as a decorative piece. Love it!

My wife's 30th birthday is today. I ordered $900 worth of jewelry online Saturday and said it would ship by Wednesday (today). I paid extra for overnight shipping and sent an email sat. Asking if it could be shipped by Tuesday. I then called monday to speak with someone and was told they would talk with the jeweler to try and make it happen (only had to put one stone in a pendant setting). Today when I asked if it was sent out yesterday she said no and that it wasn't even processed until yesterday (tuesday) and will be sent out in 2-3 more days. Pretty bad customer service for a $900 order. The supervisor today was unable to make up for the poor customer service with any money off the order besides the shipping.

SuperJeweler has the nerve to display that their products are worth A LOT more than they should be. Then they deep discount it from that super exaggerated "value" price to make you think you're getting a great deal. The products I received were absolutely junk. In contacting them to resolve my issue, they wouldn't respond except for one of my follow ups to them not replying mentioned possibly wanting to exchange. That email they responded to, but didn't even slightly address my concerns. They never responded again after a couple more emails from me. Huge mistake to give this company my money and receive junk in return. STEER CLEAR!

Upon first receiving my necklace and earrings from Super Jeweler I was immediately impressed. Both pieces of jewelry are quite beautiful and very sturdy, as in they survive constant touching and pulling by my toddler each time I wear them. I wear them 2 or 3 times a week and it has been a couple of months since I first got them and they have yet to show any signs of ware. I would definitely recommend super jewelers to any of my friends!

I was very hesitant about ordering jewellery online, but decided to jump in and order from Super Jeweller ( English spelling of jeweller). I spoke to an incredible customer service agent, and she answered all of my questions, and then gave me her name and told me to ask for her if I needed anymore info! I was surprised at such personal service, but sure enough when I did need help, and asked for her I spoke with her again! I'm a big fan of great customer service, as they provide the first impression of a business. Then when my order arrived, I was ecstatic! Better than I'd imagined, and as a jewellery fanatic and having worked in the business, I'm annoyingly " anal " ( to put it bluntly) when it comes to buying jewellery. I will DEFINITELY order from this site again, and have encouraged countless others to do the same!
