I received a pair of black diamond earrings that were so stunning. I will be purchasing from Super Jeweler again and again. Service is also Superior. Thank you Super Jeweler.
I bought 1 ct s1 H earrings. I got them and the tables were not the same. I put them aside because my mother passed away. I got a request from Ekomi for a review and I told them I was not happy. I dealt with exchanges, who offered to exchange them for "an even better item". I returned the earrings and got the next pair. I am not happy with them either as they have no color refraction, they don't even sparkle in the sun. I asked for a refund and they now tell me it is too late for a refund and offered me another exchange of the same quality. Another option they offered was a pair that cost 2297 more. They assured me I would get more sparkle. At this point, I am not prepared to spend an additional 2300 and would just like a refund or a pair that has the sparkle I expected. I sent an email to the president Mr. Fox and he has not responded. I seriously question the integrity of this company and it's products. I would like to be a satisfied customer where ever I shop and that isn't the case with super jeweler.
I have since received the jewellery, disappointed at the size of article, but that is my fault I should have checked the dimensions given in the advertisement Once they replied to my review they were very pleasant to correspond with.
