Tried to cancel a reservation cause an emergency but got hung up by a very rude woman, don't book to their website
Easy and fast. Had the best deal out of all other websites. And had no issues checking in
I booked a hotel on line for my daughter and arriving at the hotel was told they did not have the booking. We booked and paid for another room with a more reputable company.
I then tried to get a refund for the original room and have to date no joy. They insisted on an invoice showing the second payment. Why? Having done so the money is still not forthcoming. Crooks.

Após perder o ônibus num domingo tarde da noite, precisei de última hora conseguir um lugar para passar a noite. Dei una bsuca por hotéis no Google e encontrei um que gostei. Dentre os diversos preços, vi o da Super que era o mais em conta. Mesmo sem conhecer eu decidi arriscar e deu tudo certo. Preenchi um cadastro.bem simples e rapidamente minha reserva foi confirmada.
It was hilarious trying trying to navigate their customer service.They spent most of the conversation telling me what they were not allowed to rather than dealing with the problem.Three times I was promised a phone call from the supervisor which did not happen and later found out she was emailing me.We were stuck in our vehicle for several hours after driving 8 hours waiting for them to send over the reservation. Most of the travel companies are horrible but this one is the worst.Roxanne is over her head in her job.period...just scroll past their company and do yourself a favor.A 5 year old company that wont make it to 8..

Easy check in room was actually booked! Have used other places and u get there and no room. This went smooth and received confirmation right away.
I had never heard of this booking company, so I was leery, but they were great. Not only did they get me the best rate, but they emailed and texted me at appropriate times about my reservation.
I accidently booked for the wrong location and there are seriously 20 different hoops to jump through just to get refunded- worst booking experience I've had- just avoid if you can.

I would suggest that in the interest of truthfulness, they change the name of the site to Bait & Switch.com. Don't waste you time with these crooks. I as quoted a price, but after I put in my cc information, the price miraculously increased.

We just got back from an 11 day motorcycle trip. I booked all of our rooms through the super.com app on my phone. I began noticing that every hotel we stayed in put us in the low end, budget, not-updated rooms in the hotel. I will likely avoid using my app next trip as my 10% discount gives me a less enjoyable stay

Had to book a hotel in Tampa last minute due to unforseen circumstances. Found a room through super which was about $30 cheaper than all the other online services were offering the room for.
Every time I completed payment the room was "gone", 3 times, only possible to pay more for the same type of room. They have the audacity to ask for a tip.

Easy to book, great rates, good communication from start to finish. They even sent me a message confirming my booking and advising me of the weather at my expected destination the day before. My hotel wasn't anything fancy, but i only needed it for a few hours sleep, so fit the bill. I would use super.com again.
They booked me at a hotel that was full already. I couldn't stay because of that same reason. When I tried getting my money back, they kept closing my ticket for no reason (even after minutes of just opening the ticket) not to mention that the day after they charged me 3 additional nights. Thieves and crooks.

I booked through Super Travel Dada Suites in Rome, arriving 10min after at the hotel. There was no one at the hotel. I called Super Travel immediately and two agents tried to reach out the hotel, also unsuccessfully. That alone should be enough for a refund. The invoice and payment proof of another place I had to second pay to sleep the night were demanded and sent to Super Travel. All sorts of problems were brought up by Super Travel to deny refund. Summarizing, it's a SCAM by all means. Reservation B_*******.

I was initially sceptical because I'd never heard of them. Very good value room. Everything worked excellently from the start to finish. I would highly recommend this company!
What can I say, I have stayed in another Hilton hotel with my family and I have to say that they sure do know how amazing they make hotel stay feel good. From the valet parking to the front desk and self parking all employees were very nice and pleasant. Made me feel warm and welcome.
The one thing that catches my eye was the Dunkin coffee never thought I would be so happy lol very clean and neat. I give it a 10 I did not get to go downstairs for the pool but from seeing it from the very top floor it look very pretty and nice but hopefully next time I can spent time around the pool with my daughter. I'll make sure to arrive much earlier.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
