What can I say, I have stayed in another Hilton hotel with my family and I have to say that they sure do know how amazing they make hotel stay feel good. From the valet parking to the front desk and self parking all employees were very nice and pleasant. Made me feel warm and welcome.
The one thing that catches my eye was the Dunkin coffee never thought I would be so happy lol very clean and neat. I give it a 10 I did not get to go downstairs for the pool but from seeing it from the very top floor it look very pretty and nice but hopefully next time I can spent time around the pool with my daughter. I'll make sure to arrive much earlier.
I am deeply dissatisfied and urge everyone to exercise caution when using SUPER.COM for hotel bookings. I recently booked a room in Orlando at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area through this site. At first glance, the price appeared to be a bargain. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was blindsided by an additional $123 resort fee. To make matters worse, the condition of the place was far from what was expected; it was in a deplorable state internally. Shockingly, this hefty fee was sneakily tucked away in fine print on SUPER.COM's website, with no transparent mention during the booking process. To verify this, I compared their process with Expedia's, which explicitly informed customers of any additional resort fees, even collecting them upfront. It's evident that SUPER.COM's practices are misleading at best and deceptive at worst. Potential users, beware!
Total rip off. They don't communicate with the hotels on your behalf. They do not give refunds. If they say they will it's a lie. They keep coming up with stuff for you to show them in order to get a refund.I have sent the email in to them 4 times and they keep saying they haven't gotten it. Do not use them … thieves and liars.

Do not book through this website since it has 0 flexibility if you get sick or schedule changes you can never cancel your reservation. And I found out the contact number to cancel since it is nowhere to find, the front desk agent gave me the number and I booked Toronto hotel and the phone number was somehow chinese number, I called and the person answered the phone had a very bad English speaking, hearing ability didnt understand the res no and conf no or pretend to be like that to scam from the beginning! Do not waste your money for this garbage webiste/app such a piece of sh1t!

I literally canceled twice before I found Super.com. The actual scheduling of the trip was so easy. Told them the days, they found me a really good deal. I will definitely use them again.
Was referred to this link about 1 month ago. I usually book through Expedia but decided to try super travel. Unfortunately. I was unable to go on my trip and needed to cancel. Selected the link to cancel and was bombarded with questions as to why I needed to cancel.had to provide proof like I was a child...submitted my claim and told I could not receive my refund that was already pre paid with my credit card...I will never book through this site ever again

I booked online through what I thought was the hotels website, apparently it was through this crappy third part "super.com" website. I was on the phone for 5 hours trying to adjust my booking. Everyone kept telling me to contact a different phone number each time so finally I got through to a lady. She told me that my FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation was NOT refundable. I paid extra for the stay to be refundable incase my plans changed. Unfortunately, they changed out of my control so I either needed to cancel the stay and rebook or just change the dates. I am beyond angry and will continue to leave bad reviews so hopefully no body else gets screwed by this crappy third party company. What a joke.

I made a reservation for a hotel in NY, read the reservation and confirmed. Upon receiving the email I look to take a picture of the address and it is a hotel in Tennessee, they bated and switched my reservation. I immediately looked for contact information and there is only a live chat option. I reached someone and they refuse to refund my money. This all happened in about 10 minutes. I called my credit card and they were already charging my card. BE CAREFUL! This is a scam

Booked a motel in Miramichi nb.when I got the confirmation it was for a motel in moncton nb. So I called right away to see if they would correct it. I got told sorry sir are policy is no modifications and no refunds.I told them I booked it in Miramichi nb and I got told to bad we will not change it or modify it.so I could go there or lose the money. I told them I had to be in Miramichi but they didn't give a $#*!. Go and book another room and lose the money you spent on the one.this place is nothing but criminal and they should be putting these scumbags in jail. It's corrupt.stay away from super.com and it has others and they are just as bad. Iam posting it on as many sites as possible. Scammers they are big time

When Super.com came up on my search for a hotel room I was very hesitant. Through Super.com my room was the best deal with a savings of $50 per night over EVERYONE else's specials.
It sounded too good to be true and I had not heard of Super.com...until I did my research. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS EXCELLENT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
I booked a room with 2 double beds… got to NYC and we had a room with only 1 bed…. For 3 people! And the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't switch!

I highly recommend this site. The accommodation was amazing and inexpensive.
We live in PA and needed a room in Ohio near our daughters college. Every hotel site I was on said they were booked. I tried Super.com and they came thru for us at a much cheaper price than I expected to pay. I will definitely use them again.
We had a good time. Staff were very friendly. Really clean place and good breakfast. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.
My husband and I booked a last minute room at a hotel that ended up being filthy and disgusting when we arrived to stay there. We ended up finding a better hotel to stay at and the filthy hotel agreed to give us a refund, but stated we would have to get in touch with Super Travel to release the refund since we booked through them. We called Super, and they said they could release our refund as long as the hotel sent them an email stating they approved the refund. The hotel agreed to this and sent Super an email stating they approved a refund for us. We heard nothing from Super for weeks. We called them to check the status of this, and they claimed they sent us an email that they denied our refund, even though the hotel approved a refund. They would not give us a legitimate reason, they said their "travel partners" reviewed our case and denied a refund. The representatives we talked to were incredibly unhelpful and just kept repeating that "their travel partners denied our refund" and wouldn't even tell us who these "travel partners" are. This company is incredibly sketchy and does horrible business. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid using them at all costs.

All amenities and breakfast and parking were exactly as described.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".

We are truly sorry to hear that you had trouble with your reservation, nonetheless, we must bring to your attention that it’s a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation.
Please note that the listing did include the room rate and hotel fees in their listing. Super Travel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking and payment receipt. This is separate because they are not charged by Super Travel but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.
