As others have stated, customer service is not able to help resolve issues. Even when "escalated" to a supervisor, supervisor's response email contained no action on their part. Better to pay just a little more (we paid about $30 less with Super than booking directly, notice I didn't say saved) to work with a company with the integrity to help you when life happens.
I booked a stay with this service and it was one of the worst decisions I have made when booking hotels. Please avoid this at all cost. If you don't want to read it all, just know this company is extremely unethical, unprofessional and I would avoid them. Here's the story. Showed up to the hotel at 1:30am after a long day of travel, and the front desk stated they could not locate my booking. Called SuperTravel customer service. Left on hold for quite some time and then finally patched through to a representative. Said they will escalate to "Urgent Care team" and that they will call back in 20mins. Fast forward an hour and 30mins, it's now around 3:30am and finally get a response. The company states they could not get a hold of the front desk. This is a blatant lie as I was next to the front desk the entire time and not once did they call. They are not able to resolve the issue and offer to cancel my stay. I'm forced to rebook at a different hotel as the one I originally booked is sold out (at a much higher price). I emailed my original hotels customer service to investigate and it turns out SuperTravel had cancel the reservation 40mins after I had booked. Completely fraudulent. Please, please avoid this company. Extremely unethical. And if they had canceled my reservation after 40mins of me booking, the least the company could have done is informed me. Yet instead I waste 2 hours at 3am and already tired from travel. Avoid this company like the plague. I will warn everyone I know about them.

Used Google to book hotel rooms for trip across Canada, the majority of the time these guys came in with best prices. Ended up downloading the app and booking a few of the rooms through it and the added credits will be used at my final stop. So far I'm pleased with my experience.
Super travel used to be great but now they are one of the worst. They are the biggest scam artist their customer service speak Indian, broken English and you cannot ever get anything done. We made a reservation and immediately tried to leave and now they say that we have to have a written Letter from the motel to cancel any reservation when we made reservation by accident. The manager stated that everything would be fine that all we had to do was cancel through super travel which used to be no problem. Now they change their policies and create an environment where you cannot Ever get a refund do not look through these as we booked a motel for $80 and they charged us 110 per night told us that we were going to have a 30% discount and did not apply it. They will not work with you anymore. They have gone very downhill. They used to be fine And we have used them over the last two years as we work on the road and are in motels almost every night. We will never use them again they are the worst.

I thought I got a good deal online for a night at La Quinta Vancouver, WA through Super.com and paid $139.87 on July 30th. I presented evidence of my payment confirmation at the reservations desk and had a great time at the hotel. Unfortunately, the Hotel later charged me $124.06 claiming I hadn't paid. I called and asked why, they said my room wasn't prepaid. I said no and informed them that I presented the evidence of payment and booking confirmation. To which the responded that Super.com hadn't processed any payment. I wrote to the customer service at Super.com who responded with an automated email but haven't bothered to correct this. Super.com stole my money.

Avoid Super Travel! They took our money, sent through email confirmation etc but when we arrived at our accommodation they had no record of our booking and couldn't assist. Had to pay again direct to accommodation. Super travel phone number is never answered and their chat function cannot be found on their website.

Super.com made an error in my reservation had to pay again at the hotel. Hotel clerk said hotel did not charge for the error made by Super.com and should refund you. I spent a longtime over the phone with Super.com. What a waste of time the rep keep asking same questions over and again. They refuse a refund. I had to pay again at the hotel.STAY AWAY FROM SUPER.COM. DO YOUR TRAVEL BOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE. Unprofessional travel website it could be a scam. Travelers beware!

Saved nearly $35 on a Hampton Inn room. The hotel couldn't match this price. I'll definitely use Super.com again.
The room was wonderful!
Clean, had a king bed, couch, chair and in the bathroom it was very spacious
Had a fold down chair and shampoo & conditioner in shower,
Also body cream next to the sink
I would definitely rate this room 100%

I have spoken to numerous Agents in regards to my issue.
We booked a hotel in Boston and were unable to utilize the reservation due to our flight being cancelled (after many delays).
The hotel (Hyatt Regency - Boston) has been incredibly helpful and has authorized the refund but the Agents at Super.com will NOT process the refund.
I have provided the numerous documents requested by Super.com; and in addition a AGENT personally asked me for $30 to expedite my claim.
I would like to recommend Super.com to my clients in the future but this issue must be resolved to my satisfaction.

"I paid extra for the change or refund ability. Refuse to change my dates due to a friend who I was meeting unable to keep dates. Reservation 8/14- 8/16 girls trip for spa treatments. We booked separate rooms she did hers through the hotel. My friend notified me she has to have surgery on the 15th. Tried to reschedule and since it's not my medical condition the 52.00 extra I paid in insurance for refunds and changes is worthless. Im out $568.00. What a rip off! User's recommendation: Do not use this company!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
