I accidentally put in an order last night around 12AM (EST) and was panicking since I wasn't finished shopping but the order had went through (I was reviewing my bag and my payment info automatically filled). I e-mailed customer care immediately explaining the issue I was having (as I still wanted to add more items to my cart and apply a promo code). Not only did they reply within a few minutes, Jonah, the customer service rep I was communicating with, was incredibly helpful and solved my issue immediately. I received a refund and was able to place my new order afterwards and confirm everything with him. Honestly the best customer service I've received from years and years of online shopping. Thank you Sundae Muse and Jonah for doing things right!

Dress is cute, perfect size, but before arriving i had to pay 30 euros of tax payments :(

The shirt I ordered I had been wanting in Size 8 but it was sold out for a while and I was waiting for it to hopefully come back. Never did. I went with a size 10 and it actually still fits pretty well. The reviews about sizing up were pretty accurate. Shipping was quicker than they told me it would be

I saw a sponsored post for the Annie dress / playsuit on Instagram and thought it looked so pretty! I couldn't find it on their website (I think it was sold out) and so DM'ed the team directly to ask about it. They got back to me within a few hours with a link. My follow up questions around sizing (I was between sizes and so asked for their recommendation) was also answered within the day. The playsuit arrived within two days (so quick!) and surpasses my expectations. It fits beautifully, looks flattering, and is just so much fun- like it is shown to be in the photos. I am always hesitant ordering online in case the material quality is poor or the sizing is way off (eg too small in the bust, too short, weird proportions, etc) but I needn't have been in this case. The dress/playsuit is beautiful. I'll be ordering more stuff from them soon :)

There sizing is small. I followed the size guide and with my measurements I am a size 14 in aus sizing. I am a size 10 in US sizing. The three items I bought only one barely fits. Now due to the fact that I am in Canada their returns policy says I will only get a credit. Considering nothing will fit on their site the credit is a waste of money. I won't ever buy again from here since there is nothing for me which sucks as the dresses are really cute.

For the price paid I expected better quality! I'm returning this one but I'm sure I'll purchase others in the future

After learning that the sizing was in AU, I made sure to match up my size via the size chart. I tried on everything I received and sizing was accurate. Everything seemed high quality and soooo cute! I love everything I ordered!

Delivery was fast, although customs were very expensive, and the clothes are beautiful :)
