I found the website very easy to navigate and they were very helpful with questions when I emailed. The clothing looks very beautiful in the pictures but I found the material to be quite stiff and almost scratchy? It's not the biggest deal. Some of the products are also very low cut for the size chosen, some are also large in the chest and short elsewhere.
This is def my fault but I didn't realize that everything is in AUS sizes instead of US. It is expensive to return items and your returned store credit is not the full value

The Amanda dress is so cute i'm obsessed with it. I feel like it runs a little small though so be aware of that!

I had to pay a fortune for tax to ship to the UK which I wasn't made aware of until I'd already placed the order. They don't offer refunds only éxchange for store credit which would only cost me more money so I've basically wasted a lot.

I honestly expected the delivery to be longer than it was. Got the dress with a week. Other reviews said that it took longer for them to get their order. Only thing I didn't like is the fact that they don't mention the additional 30 euro import duties you get from DHL. A mention of this beforehand would have been nice. Overall the dress was nice

I am so impressed with the customer service and help I received from Sundae Muse. I accidentally ordered the wrong dress size, so I emailed them to ask if they could swap it and they were extremely helpful and it was a very easy fix. Beyond grateful for their help!

Very bad, would not reccomend to anyone. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced, delayed bad service and items not as expected
I ordered two dresses and they both came with super thin and cheaply made fabric. One of the dresses even came already ripped!

I accidentally wrote the wrong shipping address and I began to panic. I was moving, so there would be no way to receive my package. I emailed someone regarding this issue and they responded right away and helped me through the process of fixing it. I ended up having to reorder and got refunded on my first order. It was a surprisingly easy process and the lady was very kind and diligent.

I bought 3 dressed from Sundae muse. I was so excited to get them but when they come I was a bit disappointed in the quality for the price, also one of the play suits had a dirt mark on which I have tried to wash and is not coming out! Expensive to send back from the U. K. to Australia so is no point in me even sending back the item. I expected better quality clothes, unfortunately not.
