STANTON OPTICAL SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUISNESS. BEWARE... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STANTON OPTICAL. THEY ARE THE MOST CROOKED PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND BAIT AND SWITCH YOU TO WHERE THEY CAN BE MOST PROFITABLE TO THERE NEEDS. BEWARE...

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. They were totally unwilling to give us a trial pair of contacts for my daughter when she ran out to get her by until we could bring her in for an exam. I even called the corporate complaint line and the representative said that oh we have made exceptions like this before. Let me call the store and see what I can get done. When he came back to the line he informed me of the same thing that the store did. When I expressed my frustration turle representative hung up on me. Needless to say they have lost my family's business.

Went in for my yearly eye exam to renew my contacts... no more LIVE eye Dr. my exam was done over a monitor from some foriegn Dr. then I told them I wanted the air optic lenses. Do ok. I get to conuter to pay and I was told my part was going to be almost 200.00$. I said. I never paid that much. What happened to a free exam yearly. Us I joined their eye club a few years ago. Whatever that was. So she said that they do price comparison with Costco and that my cost would be around 60.00$. Then she charged me a tax of 35.00$. I said WHAT. Do ok. I pay it. Get my contacts 3 Days later but I can't read or see computer. I called them up went in during my lunch hour and was told the color lenses aren't made for reading. They never told me that. Now I gotta take time to take them back and get another script. Will not do business there again... it's the worst place. Bet they won't be in business long

Exam went OK, wife and I ordered 2 pair each. Both her pairs were wrong, the bi-focal line was near top of lens. One pair of mine had wrong frames. In a matter of a couple of days the right lens popped out. I put it back in and put glasses back into case until I go back to get the glasses being remade. I had to put them back on today and within a couple of hours the left lens popped out. I have never had lenses pop out of a set of frames before.

Don't know if the frames are garbage or if the lens machining is the problem. Either way, I won't go back to Stanton Optical for glasses again.

I went to the store on 3/9/19 with my brother in law and got told that they had a special of buy one frame and the other one free and $99 for the glass including both frames so made an appointment and went yesterday 3/16/19 did everything got my 2 frames asked some question and they told me that my glasses where going to be ready in an hour went back and they only gave me one pair i asked for the second pair and i got told there was no other glasses for me only this pair i asked why and explain what i was told on 3/9/19 and the girl said that she talked to her manager and the manager said if i wanted the 2nd pair i had to pay $50 more and i asked why if it was buy one get one free and the glass was already pay for and the manager said to the other girl "JUST GIVE IT TO HER I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH HER NOW" that made me kind of mad and im never going back and i dont recomend going there. I did not buy my glasses at Stanton Optical. However, I thought I would just try to get my glasses adjusted. A young lady named Lisa was so sweet and helpful! She adjusted my glasses quickly and was so nice. On Tuesday, we thought maybe we could get someone to adjust my husband's glasses as well. We were helped by Lisa again. My husband said his glasses felt so much better because she knew how to adjust them. Lisa showed us excellent customer service, and my husband and I will plan to have our next yearly eye exams at Stanton Optical.

The website ad for 2 pairs for $59.95 They I choices glasses for my girls end up paying more than I expected! The glass frame is so cheap its broke after two months I pay insurance they ask me to pay 20% because it said not cover 100% this place is a joke that all the item is cheap! And very unprofessional peoples work here even waiting for an eyeglass of my daughter its been a month no one call then we go to this Stanton then it was seating there that eyeglasses no one also thinks to call us to let us know what is going on.

Stanton optical located at Louisianna Blvd, Albuquerque, NM. Is a worthless business. Their glasses are of poor quality, expensive. Two pairs, eye exam was over $600.00. Glasses were most likely made in China or Mexico. Waited a month for them. Very poorly made. Returned to this business month later to replace nose pads. They did not said they were out of warranty. Did replace after arguing with staff. Three months later threw glasses in trash. Stanton optical are cheats, cheats, cheats. Beware!
