I wish I had read reviews on this website before ordering but the Artist is a legitimate one and good one so I thought it would be ok.

My first dealing with Society6s "customer service" was when I inquired about the customs company that contacted me, the courier (DHL) initially said they had never heard of them so I asked Society6 to double check. They didn't and told me to ask "customs" and also gave incorrect information that the Post Office would deliver my package.

I didn't really worry about this as I figured it was a misunderstanding but after getting my package I discovered that they had not sent the right order.

I contacted Society6 again and a week later they sent what I hope is the correct order but then I discovered I had a second set of charges.

I have told them that I think expecting me to pay the courier charges a second time to cover their error is unreasonable but have yet to reach an acceptable resolution.

My order status request was responded to quickly but cancelled and I was not told. I do not know why and was told that my future orders may not be processed for reasons that were not explained for security reasons. Thailand is one of the few countries that is not listed for ordering for some reason.

So annoyed with Society 6. Do not order with this website. I ordered two art prints and received no confirmation email- I only knew my order was on its way when Customs Duties asked me to pay £14 to clear the package through customs. I had no idea this was the case, as they made this comment in small print! I really want the art prints so paid the £14- even though this about the cost of one of the prints themselves! They then posted it to the wrong address- combining my billing and delivery address and blamed it on the courier rather than themselves. They offered to send a replacement package, but I would have to pay for customs charges again. Making the delivery cost the same price as the prints themselves- £36! When I complained about the services, they agreed to refund, but completely refused to acknowledge my complaint and responsibility. It has taken me a month to receive the refund and overall, I am really disappointed by their attitude to my order!

Ordered two pillows three weeks ago... still waiting for them.
Ponys could have delivered them faster.
They don't provide a tracking number, you are stuck using their LINK that doesn't show you anything.
The customer service is VERY lacking. Their HELP section isn't helpful in the least, and when you email them for help, they are short, as if responding in a clipped tone, and give you the link to their help site.
Really?!

Will NEVER buy anything from them again.

I ordered around $300 worth of prints from Society6. They attempted to mail me my package twice. Both times, the package was 'missent' and sent back to the company. After the second attempt, over a month later, I respectfully asked them to guarantee the third attempt and to discount my next order. With no reply, they gave me a refund. One month of wasted time. These people suck at what they do.

Wish i could give 0 stars. I have no faith in this seller. I placed an order for a pillow three weeks ago, and haven't received a payment confirmation, order confirmation, or shipping information. The only way I can tell that I am not crazy and am making this up is that there is a charge for $45 on my bank account. Not sure if this is a Paypal hiccup, don't even know if I used paypal to place the order! Can't call them-- "they don't offer phone support!" What a joke! Sent them an email. Doubt they will repsond. Can't even sign into my account. Don't even know if I set up an account! Their system doesn't recognize any of my emails! Perfect! What a scam. Their stuff seems so cool. Unfortunately, this business is a joke.

I ordered from them an iphone skin which they advertised as plastic, so I assumed it was soft plastic but really it was just a $15 sticker. Their delivery time was good, they emailed me two days after I purchased it saying it had been shipped and it arrived a week and a half later, hassle free. They should clarify what their products are, I was expecting a replacement iphone case but instead got a sticker.

Quality of the product is good--exactly the same as everyone else I've ordered from.

My issue is their order/shipping process. I've ordered twice from them, only because I figured the first time was a fluke incident.

They claim "All items are shipped within 3-5 business days" which although is standard to say that, most companies ship out next or even same day as the order. That being said, they actually didn't ship my items out for 13 days the first time and 11 days the next time. More than double their promise. That's not including transit time which obviously is out of their hands.

The issue is--this is 2013. If I order something, it shouldn't take an entire month for it to end up at my door, unless it's some sort of "special order" from another country. I know why it took so long, though: they do not stock any of the art. It is all made to order. There's nothing wrong with that by itself, but their production capacity apparently does not match their promised timeline. If I was told "will take 13 days to ship" I would not have ordered. Simple as that. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again, but this must be standard practice for them. I will not be ordering again.

Honestly, if you're OK shelling out several hundred dollars and not having anything to show for it for a whole month then you will probably be happy with them. I'm not, however.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would.

I have nothing against their Artists, I think they are great. It's their customer service that is completely unacceptable.

I placed an order for an iPhone case back in September. Unfortunately due to some paypal/society6 website confusion, I was charged for 3 cases. I immediately tried to contact them to cancel the order, but there is NO CONTACT NUMBER.
I made an appeal to paypal, and they handled the dispute. The order was cancelled, and I received a refund, so I went to place the order again for 1 case. The order went through, and I thought all was good. A few days later, I logged on to check the status of my order, to find out that I had been refunded the amount for that order too. When I contacted them via email to find out why, they made up some lame excuse, and basically said they were charged a feee from paypal, due to my dispute, and so basically they were barring me from doing business with them again.

After damaging my new phone, I decided I really, really needed a case. So on October 25th, I had my boyfriend place another order, thinking we were being sneaky, using his name, credit card, and contact info. The Order was placed successfully, however for some reason, we didn't receive anything. After a couple weeks, we tried contacting them, because the order just said 'pending'. We have only received generic emails saying 'we will contact you within 24 hours'. We have NEVER received any response. We've sent numerous emails. And Nothing.

I've tried contacting them via Twitter, which they ignore. I became a friend of their facebook page, and asked them to reply to their customer emails, and I just discovered that they deleted that comment, and have BLOCKED me from commenting on their page. Total BS.

I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau about this, and am waiting to hear back from them.

I also found a number to call and leave a message (it was on the Visa statement which showed the charge, and the refund). Feel free to call, and leave a message: *******781.
