I ordered 3 refill prints and one was very blurry. I emailed small woods and they immediately enhanced the photo and shipped me a new one. I highly recommend their products and customer service
I received my frames and they were absolutely beautiful. One imagine had some imperfections that had to of been caused during the shipping process and they were so quick to make things right. I love Smallwoods and will continue to order from them.

Ordered from here a few times pictures have come back blurry (could be my fault) pictures have not been delivered on time because images didn't upload correctly (not my fault) everything appeared correct on the checkout screen. They accepted my money just fine but failed to tell me the picture wouldn't print until after I paid for it and the date passed that I needed it. Overall not bad but there's better companies out there you could use
There is a hole in my print when I received it. I would like it to be fixed.

My Beautiful print got damaged in the delivery process and Smallwoods was able to resolve the issue very quickly. I reached out to costumer service and they kindly sent a new print.
Unfortunately 2 of our 7 prints came damaged while in shipment but they immediately fixed the issue! I received my new prints within a few days! They are beautiful and I love looking at them all!
