I ordered a large framed print that was damaged during shipping. I went to Smallwood's website, uploaded two pictures, and the new print arrived at my house three days later. This is my 4th order and I treasure these prints!

Our original order was a custom canvas print yet when we received it, part of the photo wrapped around the edge cutting off our daughter's face. Customer Service was phenomenal! We received credit and advice on what the best product to order for the image. Just received the new framed custom photo and it's beautiful. We are very happy with the product yet most of all with the customer service working with us when the initial product didn't work. We will definitely order from Smallwood again.

Our daughter is getting married in November and a friend used you for their daughter's wedding very impressed with I love the quality of the pictures and the frames. I question the square frame at first because it looks like it had a big nick in the top of it, but I noticed after I opened the other boxes of pictures I ordered it was that way on some of them too so maybe it's just in the grain of the wood used.

As a photographer, I have spent the last 15 years making sure that everyone has beautiful prints for their walls while at the same time, neglecting my own. I am always reluctant to order online for various reasons, so I never did. I went to a friend's home and had to know who in the world did her prints on her wall. Want to know who? YOU! I went home that night and ordered framed prints for my walls of our family beach trip. I am beyond pleased and will definitely order again very soon!

The frames and prints are absolutely gorgeous. They came out even better than I was expecting! Everyone who comes over and sees them are blown away, and ask me where I bought them from. We are very happy and will be returning customers for sure!
My experience with Smallwood was superior. There was an issue with the print I submitted and they would not proceed with production of the product until it was resolved. They were in contact, through email the entire time, until it was resolved.
