Beautiful pictures exactly like the photos. We ordered 2 smaller canvas and their biggest canvas and they all turned out beautiful. I received them less than a week after I submitted the order. Very impressed!
I'm very upset with this order because the hardware is placed on the wrong side, forcing you to hang the picture upside down.
Even with old photos & poor pixels, therefore, the quality of the prints are superb & the newer & better pixel quality prints are exquisite! We ended up ordering moreā¦& more! A total of thirteen!
I live our pictures, my only complaint is in some areas the image looks stretched. Which I figured may happen due to how large they are, I just was hoping it wouldn't. You can't tell unless you are super close to them though! Very quick shipping and very good quality frames.

The shipping was fast on my first purchase! Still waiting on my other but it came nicely packaged and came out clear and beautifully done!
I called to explain the picture in this frame cropped my husbands head off. I called and you sent me a new picture that was suppose be adjusted for the frame. You sent the exact same picture with the exact same problem.! Frustrated because no one listens to fix the issue.

When my pictures did not meet my expectations, my concerns were quickly addressed and remedied. They were able to work with me and help get me pictures that I'm proud to put on my walls.
I am not fully impressed for the price.
They aren't glossy like prints and you can see the texture near and far.
They are light weight.
Id say if you are looking for the experience and ordering from smallwoods save the money.

I was overjoyed with what we ordered. It was exactly what we wanted. The quality is high and the pictures look great! I was worried it would be blurry but they look amazing. Very glad we made this order!

This was my second time ordering and I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the packaging. They are absolutely perfect, I couldn't be happier with the result.
I have ordered from smallwoods twice now and both times it has been amazing! I can't beleive how quickly the products arrive and the quality is unmatched! I also purchased these as gifts for my parents and my in-laws.
Explained my picture had a scratch and they have keep telling me to send picture after pictures and just giving me the go around I just stopped trying and will have to stay with it defective
I love the quality of framed canvas, the size and detail - just perfect! Cannot wait to hang them on the walls

It was delayed several times. Then my item was left in the yard. There was no plastic wrap or anything protecting my items. For the amount of money, I would expect better packaging and better shipping.

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
