Photos are absolutely beautiful, great quality. However, there wasn't any plastic or protection around them in the box. If the outer cardboard had gotten wet at all, the photos would've been ruined. I'm glad I was home to receive the delivery promptly.

I ordered 4 large Wood frames from them and they were all really good quality and the prints themselves came out amazing. I had an issue with one of the prints being creased and almost popped out from the frame upon arrival, which I assume was just from transport. I emailed them pictures and notes as to what was going on about 10pm on Sunday and they had already emailed back saying they were sending a new one by 7am Monday morning. Will 100% be buying from them again.
I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address for my order. I was able to easily submit a request to change the shipping address and it got resolved so quickly. I was very impressed with the customer service from Smallwoods!

I had a few damages with my custom small wood frame when it arrived. I then filled out a form on there website, I was reached out to that same day and they already was working on replacing it. This is my second time ordering a smallwoods print. I love them so much. They add so much to your space and are an absolute great gift to give! You could never go wrong. I had a mix up in the picture I uploaded and even on the weekend the fixed my issue so incredibly fast. Top notch service! Can't wait to order more.

I've ordered through Smallwoods several times. Unfortunately this time I received a damage frame, but customer service was nothing short of excellent. My issue was resolved and a new replacement order was submitted within 12 hours.
It is my fault, I should've been more careful. I was too excited and I guess I missed this part.One of my canvas was not placed right so now there is a 1-2inch white blank spot under it. I wish they would've reached out and asked if that is how I wanted it. As the other 3 the picture filled the entire canvas. I have not yet emailed to inquire about a solution if any. Other than that I am satisfied and will be ordering again.
Smallwoods Customer Support is amazing! I made two big orders, and one came damaged. I emailed Smallwoods hoping for a response within a week and was responded too within hours with a solution! They replaced the damaged products and were very intentional with preventing damage during shipping. It was a great experience, and I love my products. They look amazing!
I received a damaged print from Smallwoods for the FIRST time. Never has anything come to me damaged. I immediately took photos of the damage and sent them asking for a new print. I had a response in less than 5 minutes and my new print is on the way! SO HAPPY!
I inadvertently ordered the wrong prints and was so upset when I got them in. I contacted SmallWoods about my issue and they were so easy to communicate with and they gladly exchanged my order for me.
I have three prints from Smallwood and added a fourth to the collection. The black and white is VERY different than the other three and now I cannot use it. I asked to pay for a new one, but they can't guarantee what the new one will look like!

I ordered 3 pictures for our home. They looked beautiful, but one was a little darker than I expected. The customer service reps were so amazing to work with and very helpful. I sent them a few pictures and they made sure the picture would be light enough to see on the wall. This was our first time ordering and I will definitely be ordering more.
