To be able to continuously enjoy the scenery from our vacations we ordered several framed canvas prints. We couldn't be happier and customer service was amazing!
I ordered 3 pictures for our home. They looked beautiful, but one was a little darker than I expected. The customer service reps were so amazing to work with and very helpful. I sent them a few pictures and they made sure the picture would be light enough to see on the wall. This was our first time ordering and I will definitely be ordering more.

I have personally ordered many Smallwoods for my home and have always loved them. I recently put an order together for a wall at our church of events throughout the past year --and we had a couple items slightly off (a small crack in the plexiglass likely from shipping, etc.) but they were quickly resolved by their very helpful staff! We were so pleased with their quick response and remedies that we will be certain to order again. We love the items and they look so great on our wall! These canvases turned out beautiful and look so expensive for the price. I had trouble uploading some pictures and was worried about the turnout and the customer service team helped me every step of the way to make sure they came out great.
I ordered four items from Smallwoods and two of the items came with some damage. I reached out to them and they responded promptly. They handled the situation so well and said they would send replacements. Great customer service!

I have ordered over 15 canvases from here and this is the first time I've ever had issues. I deeply disappointed in the service and communication I've received involving this prefer. To the point we're I've had to deal with 5 different people. Needless to say this will be the last time I order from this site and it's sad.
