I received my order within a week of placing. 2 of the prints arrived with dents in the print from shipping. Customer service was extremely responsive and expedited re-prints that arrived to me 2 days later with no damage. Was easy to switch out the reprints in the frame and everything turned out great.
I just received my first order from Smallwoods. After months of admiring the pictures on ads from social media, I took the plunge and ordered 6 large framed photos. The day I ordered online I had an issue with cropping one of my images and called their customer service number. A live human answered the phone, walked me through it, had me email my image to her while we were on the phone, and made sure all was good to go! In *3* days my pictures arrived, beautifully packaged to avoid damage and looking fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the whole experience!
Had a slight crease in my framed print, brought it to their attention and they sent me a new print in just a few days.
I had an order arrive that had duplicate copies of the same picture and one of the pictures that I had ordered missing, by mistake. The team worked quickly to remedy the situation and were so friendly and helpful! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Thank you!

What a fantastic experience with customer service when an order was not quite right! This was my fifth canvas print from Smallwoods. Absolutely love the way it turned out but noticed a flaw in the canvas, and it was unfortunately on someone's face. I contacted Smallwoods and received a response from Reese in less than an hour. She was concerned, caring, and extremely detailed with her messages. She informed me they will be sending a new print to replace the one that is flawed. I feel it is rare to receive such "top notch" follow up these days. Outstanding job Smallwoods and Reese! Will be placing an order again soon!
We ordered two large prints. One had the tiniest imperfection under the acrylic. I reached out, mainly just to help with quality control, not expecting an urgent replacement. Without further question or additional follow ups, they sent a replacement print. The candid memory we were able to snag of my daughter in a quiet moment was just perfection. She was silently visiting a tree which was planted at a local park in memory of my late brother. This is so much more than a photo on the wall. It is a movement of both remembrance, love, pride and memories of one life well lived and another just figuring it all out. The Smallwoods family personally cares about ours, and it is what makes them stand tall amongst all others. Thank you for your passion in what you do!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
