I placed a larger order for several items following my wedding. When all packages arrived, I ended up receiving 2x copies of one item and another was missing. I notified the customer service team, and they sorted out my issue the same day and have a replacement being sent. It was super easy to sort this out which made the error no big deal. All of the items which have arrived so far are stunning and exactly what I had hoped for, great quality! Shipping was easy and everything arrived in great condition. I love that we could order large prints from our wedding, with matching frames throughout the house, all without totally breaking the bank. I will be ordering again.

I ordered a print and it was a little blurry and the glass had significant glare. I called them and they immediately gave me a store credit. I had a canvas picture done instead and it is perfect. I would highly recommend this company.

I had one of my images arrive with creases in it as the box was damaged during delivery. I emailed the support team and received a response an hour later! They were so quick to resolve the problem and are sending me a new print. I'm very thankful for their quick help! Highly recommend Smallwoods.

Photos turned out great, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the frames and packaging (or lack thereof actually). Ordered 3 framed photos and they arrived without any sort of packaging outside of the box they shipped in. No bubble wrap, no paper, no plastic wrap. Nothing. Thankfully they weren't scratched and it hadn't rained so they were ok in that regard. All 3 prints also came half in and half out of the metal prongs, which was annoying. Lastly, the quality of the frame is not what I was expecting... the corners have slight gaps in them that look odd up close against the black frames. I didn't notice one dent in a frame as well but that's minor, in my opinion, to all the other glaring issues. I expected more based on how people rave about this company.

My order was supposed to be exact sized prints of my grandchildren, and they were, however one came with a glass/plastic covering the picture, which I didn't want and the other didn't, so I had to take the frame off and remove that plastic shield myself and after what I paid I was disappointed in having to disassemble it so it would match the other one! Ugh
The ordering process is very easy. I had to reach out to customer service about an error on my end. They emailed me right back and it was on a weekend. They were able to resolve the issue.
The site was easy to navigate. I received the product in an acceptable amount of time. The finished product is GORGEOUS
First time buyer of small woods,, me and my family never take family photos to hang lol my friend took our pics while on vacation at the beach,,, we loved the moment and I wanted to hang on the walls of our home as a reminder of that perfect day with my family! One photo had messed up on the send to Smallwood without knowing,,, Smallwood did and immediate replacement. Within one hour! I wanted to cry because of the quick response I was so grateful, I wanted to get these up asap,,, families go thru a lot today and in these times of the world,,, and to be able to see these pics that I treasure of that perfect day is such a blessing

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
