The prints are beautiful! I ordered three, i did receive one of them damaged however, the customer service team replied so fast and were so very helpful they sent me a new insert within the week! I definitely will be ordering from them again in the future
Beautiful frames, pictures look great. I ordered on a Saturday, received them 8 days later.
The website is very easy to use and the pictures were delivered within a week. The pictures took my breath away when I first saw them. We have gotten nothing but great comments on the pictures. Everyone's response was the same as mine, they gasped.
Delivery was fast, however one of my pictures came blurry 😠it didn't look blurry when I put the order in. Other then that they are beautiful!

Decided last minute to enlarge a photo. Ordered on a Saturday and received on Friday (with expedited processing paid for). This company is the Best. Best value, best quality and consistent!
I have ordered quite a few frames from Smallwoods and the quality never disappoints! They add so much life to our walls displaying our beautiful life
I placed an order with Smallwoods and it was shipped and delievered within a week! (I ordered four 20 x 30 canvas frames) They arrived very quickly and look great. One of my images was darker than the rest of them so it didn't match with the rest of the photos. I emailed them and they responded within 24hrs letting me know that I can get a new print after providing a photo of my photo.
I reached out via email with an issue and got instant response and then follow up the next day. My photo product was adjusted and turned out great. I picked up at the Smallwoods store and that was effortless as well. Will definitely order again and recommend to all as well. Thanks for great customer service and a wonderful product.
Smallwood never fails to impress me with the quality of the prints and how fast they are able to ship the order to your doorstep, especially for a family-owned business. 10/10 I would recommend them for capturing special moments (weddings, family photos, etc.).

I ordered 3 frames and after purchase I wanted to confirm that the images I used rendered correctly. One image had to be fixed and the customer service team was amazing and quickly adjusted my order! My images came in absolutely beautiful and the quality is great!

I ordered 2 frames and received only one few days later. When I reached out customer service found out sometimes is normal they deliver in separate packages. I shared my concern about moving to a different place and that I was worried that second picture wouldn't make it in time, and I received it next day.
While my canvas photos turned out absolutely amazing and look so beautiful in my home, one image didn't turn out as planned. This was no fault to the company, the quality of my photo wasn't the best. I reached out to customer support and they responded the same day and came up with a solution super quick. They went above and beyond to help me out and I'm so happy with them. I will be ordering again and again for sure.
The print came out beautiful, but was slightly damaged on one of the corners. The corner was mostly hidden once it was in the frame, so I opted to keep it. Additionally, the picture was quite difficult to get into the frame. I was concerned more damage would be done to the image while I tried to get it into the frame. Thankfully there was no damage, but I still worry that's a possibility with any future replacement images due to the difficulty of inserting this one.
A few years ago, I sent in some of my mother's recipes, after she passed away, to have framed. My b brother is re-doing his wife's kitchen and asked for 2 of the recipes to be framed. However, I couldn't find them on the smallwood Site. I Reached out via email and several employees worked on this request and was able to locate exactly what I needed. They helped me re-order the pics and sent the invoice. Thanks so much to all involved

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
