My images had a problem when uploaded and Autumn reached out to let me know. She gave me a chance to send the images directly to her; otherwise my prints would have been blank! Great prints and even better customer service! Will be ordering more in the future :)
Quality of the product is nice, but the customer experience drops the rating. It would be helpful if when you select expedited shipping that there would be a warning that you can't make any modifications to your order, not even if it's less than 30 minutes later. I'm bummed that I've supported this company just to be dismissed when trying to make an immediate modification.

I had my old address attached and didn't realize till after I ordered and immediately reached out to them to have it resolved to the correct address, they were able to pause my order and fix my address to make sure it was sent to my current t address almost immediately. Thank you so much
We have been using SmallWoods for over 4 years - the frames are beautiful and we have been so happy with the quality of the prints. We hang the pictures of our children in our great room, updating them each summer. This year, I noticed the print quality was a little blurry so I reached out and they responded quickly, saying that they would send new prints with the higher quality photos (with new ones I provided). They were so prompt and kind throughout the process! We did notice a difference and we are so happy with the customer service they provided!

We ordered a replacement print for our existing frame for my work place team picture. It did have 2 folds/Crinkles in the print. I reported the issue with pictures on the order right away after opening. Within the hour I received confirmation my order input had been received and Claudia had ordered a replacement to be shipped within just a few days. I appreciate the promptness and ease in which it took to contact the customer service to report the issue.
I have ordered from this site for a long time. I have hanging frames, which i love, as well as matted acrylic frames for my gallery wall in my home. Eventually I wanted to order more for the rest of my home and chose the lightest wood color only to have them arrive and be much darker that what i had in my home. I was told they discontinued that color frame and would not receive any sort of discount or refund. I had to sand my frames and they still look nothing like the original ones which looks so tacky on a photo wall. Also, in that order, the quality of my photos was extremely poor on a few. I did not get any warning pop up that my photo may be pixelated or anything of the sort but still showed up blurry. The time came again i had a few photos and prints i wanted hung in my home and now i find out they no longer do the matting behind the photo! So so frustrating. I sent numerous custom order requests, because they offer that service... never heard back for months and then finally someone wrote me saying "no we cant." so now i have a rag tag group of mismatched photos all about. On top of that, I ordered a huge print, and it wasnt cheap by any means... not only does it not match but the frame is crooked! It hangs on my wall flush on 3 corners and on the 4th corner, it sticks out half an inch to an inch from the wall. I should've started over with another company after the first re-order, but i really thought they would work with me. No such luck unfortunately. Buyer beware. Poor Customer service to boot.

I ordered 3 of the 16x24 framed wall art and when they arrived one was printed in color and I had ordered all in black/white. They quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement very quickly. They fit on my wall perfectly. Love that you can swap out the pictures in the frames very easily.
I had an issue with how the images loaded (nobody's fault) and Ashely that helped me was wonderful. I've never received such a quick response from a company. 10/10!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
